Overall i got what i asked for within convenient delay and i like the process online as there is no need for quotations and all the other bureaucracy bullshit.
The only problems is that i was asking for a highcube and expected one as nice as i did last time i wanted a regular 40 ft but the one i got had a lot, and i mean a lot, of reparation to the roof (like 40%). I guess it was just an unlucky time. The doors were closing great and it seems watertight anyway. First one i had 2 years ago ahd 2 reparations total

Ordering was a hassle
Ordering was a hassle, but the rest went smoothly
Stock for container inventory was unavailable for quite a while in my area (about 2 months). This was not the company’s fault, but I had asked to be on the mailing list for when they were back in stock. When I finally received the “back in stock” email, I called within 2 minutes to place my order. Unfortunately, the payment system had issues — I tried three different cards with no luck.
I asked a staff member to hold the container for me while we sorted it out, and they agreed. However, by the time the payment problem was fixed, the container had already been sold.
Thankfully, stock was replenished within an hour and I was able to order successfully. Everything after payment — communication, processing, and delivery — went smoothly.
I would gladly make this a 4- or 5-star review if the following were implemented:
1. A 1-hour hold/queue system if payment can’t be processed immediately.
2. Estimated restock dates for out-of-stock containers.
3. Live stock tracking so customers can see available quantities in real time..

one container needs to be moved to location wanted on lot, the other needs to be moved 8 miles to the other location. the reason was the mistake of getting them delivered on same truck 70' long with limited maneuver ability. My lesson for the next time.

Container that was shipped was in horrible shape. Can't hardly get the doors to open or close. The right door has a huge dent in it and the rods are bent. I wanted to ship it back but needed the container asap so i kept it. Would not recommend buying from this company!
