I was really let down by Event Production Group…

I was really let down by the Event Production Group. They were late, lacked urgency, had faulty equipment, low quality product and lack of understanding of the setup. Our event started late and we couldn't show the starting video to our attendees. I don't recommend this company. What was most disappointing, was when we complained post event, the company refused to take responsibility for anything that happened and customer service was way down their priority list.

Flawless

EPG helped us with an audio setup for our speaker panel at an event we were running in Manchester.

I can't say enough good things about our experience! James was kind and helpful and the whole setup was flawless.

We'll be using EPG again!
