Clowns
I needed to sell two tickets that i didn't need, and listed them on Eventim's FanSale site. No indication that there would be a problem. The next day, the day of the gig, i got an email saying that Fansale was ending, and i needed to list on eventim directly. There was no way to do that, because the site wasn't working. So, i contacted customer services. They told me that there was a technical fault, and there was no way to list the tickets, but it might be fixed in a few hours. They suggested i use Twickets instead, but that's a poor second best option and i in the end i couldn't sell the tickets in time. The whole attitude was "computer says no", combined with "we've got your money, tough luck". A truly disgusting bunch of clowns.
Update:
As you can see from the reply, they admit cancelling the Fansale system without warning (nothing was mentioned when I initially listed the tickets), and replacing it with a system that didn't work. Maybe the tickets would not have sold anyway, but that's not the point. Eventim don't accept responsibility for their mistakes and just shrug them off. They have your money, and they aren't going to help if things go wrong. Remember that before you book.

As part of a recent upgrade to our resale platform, listings on the previous FanSALE platform were removed and customers were asked to relist their tickets on the new system. We understand there was a technical issue affecting the new platform for a short period, and we apologise for any inconvenience this caused while it was being resolved.
It's also worth noting that tickets cannot be listed for resale within 12 hours of the event's scheduled date and time, as this is the cut-off point for the platform. Given the timing, it is unlikely the tickets would have been successfully relisted and sold before the event.
We appreciate your feedback and are sorry that this experience did not meet your expectations.

Would give no stars if I possibly…
Would give no stars if I possibly could. I have bought and paid for tickets for a show tonight and have been receiving welcome and instruction mails from Eventim Apollo - however the tickets have not been made available and there seems to be no way to have this investigated by these guys as I get no response to emails or calls. Utterly useless, will boo through a third party in future and not these clowns.

Paid for tickets. I have the email confirming purchase. But no sign of tickets either in the app or by email. The event is tomorrow and I have had an email saying I should have the tickets. It is clear that they have designed a process that suits them not the customer

It was so amazing and authentic
It was so amazing and authentic. The detail was incredible in re creating that fateful festival. The shoes, boots and trainers along with the water bottles and bags just hit me so hard. I wrote a postcard message and on a pebble too.
The mobile phones, the video footage, the healing room, all so moving
I also listened to a young male survivor who has managed overcome his demons to a degree and now is a mentor for others
Everybody should go

No support when I needed to transfer the ticket. Never again.
No support of any kind when I could not attend an event (Arch Enemy, 1-Nov-2025) , sold my ticket on Viagogo and had problems with transferring it to the buyer.
As a result, I wasted money on the ticket (I could not attend the show) and on top of that was charged extra for not providing ticket to the buyer. I asked them about complain procedure and received zero response.
Will not buy any tickets through Eventim app ever.
