What I was sent bore literally NO resemblance to what was advertised. Cheapest possible fabric badly printed.Impossible to reach the returns dept.or find out what to do with this absolute trash to get my money back.

No dress I ordered two months ago, and they won’t refund me.

I ordered on April 25, 2025. I still have not received my items. It says on their website that I received it and on my tracking order in my email it says item is on the way. I hope I can get my money back.

This is the worse internet purchase I have ever made. It took over a month to receive my order because it was shipped from China. I had ordered the items for a vacation cruise and they would not allow me to return them. They said the items would have to be returned to China and I would have to pay all costs. This battle has been going on for two weeks/

Dealing with the person is a nightmare. 11 days and my item has not shipped. She processed the payment IMMEDIATELY. I started emailing her on day 6 asking for the shipping confirmation and finally 3 days ago I requested a refund since the order still had not processed nor had it shipped. Today I finally get an email clearly English is a second language and it states my item will ship soon. Soon. I just want my money back at this point. I'm sure the amethyst crystal will not be as pictured since every review here says she only sells garbage.

DO NOT ORDER. I HAVE NOT GOTTEN THE DRESS I ORDER. IT HAS BEEN A MONTH

This company refuses to follow through on returns or size exchanges. The material is funky cheap and the sizes are way off. I rate this company as the worst. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

It took a month to get one of the 3 items I ordered. I cancelled the order on week 3 via email. I received no response X 2. The item was trash. Cheap and ugly. Do not waste your time or money on this site.

LIES!LIES! LIES! Like reviewers before me, items are grossly misrepresented. What was advertised as linen is actually labeled polyester. Paper thin material. Looks like 8th grade home economics class made it. Returns must go to China. I knew I had been scammed when charges to my account had a currency exchange fee. I’ll try to get my money back from my bank as fraud.

SCAM! Garbage products from China, plastic shoes with fake foam. Do Not Buy.

Misleading name, misleading merchandise, the clothing doesn’t have any labels in it, the material is that super cheap stuff that you get in China that’s just horrible. I paid $50 for a linen shirt that really isn’t linen. I tried to send it back, they wouldn’t send me a mailing label. I asked for discount, they offered me 15%, I said no, they offered me 30% and I said no and we finally agreed on 45%. They still wouldn’t send me a mailing label prior to agreeing to this term, I went to the post office to see what would it cost to mail this stuff back to China and it was very expensive. A lesson learned, don’t be swayed by the beautiful pictures that you say, it’s junk. I mean junk.

This company really mislead me about the quality of their products. Sizing not at all as described, I believed I was receiving leather sandals and I really can't name the material they are made of, some type of plastic I believe. Terrible merchandise.

NEVER BUY from this company. It is a scam. They promise lovely items and deliver wrong size, poor quality and super slow shipping. I am quite sure my items came from China as it took so long to get here and then the small I ordered was HUGE.

I placed an order on April 3, 2025. It has not been delivered, despite having been told it's on its way. It's not. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY. I am surprised I fell for it--Im usually hip to these sorts of scams. Fortunately I was able to cancel payment on my card.

I'm not sure what kind of scam this company is, but the advertising on social media sucked me in as if it's a high end company in San Francisco CA relocating to Jacksonville FL so therefore having a clearance sale. I bought 4 dresses that came straight from China and they are garbage. I guess I should feel lucky that I got something for my money because others have said they never got their order. I got mine, but it's garbage.

Still waiting for a response regarding a refund. Did not have the bracelet I wanted to match earrings. I requested cancellation of order immediately. Still
waiting on a response. I made a phone call, left a message 4 days ago. Still no return call or response to my email requesting cancellation

Since you’re asking; I ordered from you guys on Etsy before & was pleased so I ordered directly from your website this time & I gotta be honest the turquoise & Amazonite Bracelets I ordered they do not look real or authentic at all. They certainly do not look like the bracelet pictured.😞

A big part of why I purchase these is for their benefits. If they’re inauthentic then I’m very disappointed. 😞
