SCAM!! There is no boutique in SAn Francisco. The goods come from China with no brand labels. They're cheaply made, the fabric is cheap and not as represented, and the fit is awful. I've tried to reach them to start the return process and they have not responded to my web inquiry and by phone (found on my bank statement; not on the website), they've hung up on me three times

Quality was poor. No response to return. Would not order again.

This company advertises that they are in the US but it’s in China. Thus, if you want to return something it’s on you to pay $30-45 postage. The blouse I ordered was very cute in the picture but when received it was cheap and not attractive at all.

Waited a month for my order. Nothing fit. Sizing is fraudulent. Scam! Impossible for refund to pay shipping and customs for a refund??

If I could give negative numbers I would. Returns are impossible. The items I ordered (2 blouses and a pair of shoes) did not fit (blouses ran large, heel too wide on shoes), and the one blouse I wanted to keep was unavailable in my size. After multiple emails back and forth (almost a 1 month process), I was told the cost of shipping returns would be my responsibility. Not my favorite answer, but ok, until after 2 more emails I was told that the "return warehouse" was located in China!

I ordered an outfit and shoes at the same time. Total order was $98.92. It took the outfit roughly 2wks to arrive. It didn’t look as nice as pictured, but it wore well. The shoes took a month to arrive and were absolute trash. When they did, they were crushed inside a plastic bag. The shoes are plastic with fake leather look and poorly constructed, even for cheap shoes. I immediately asked for return and refund. I was told the average cost for return began between $30-45, plus any customs fees. Of course, the shoes were $40.46! Alternative offers were 25% refund or 230% discount code for another purchase.

This is a scam! Do not order from them.
1). There is no shop in San Francisco. Only in China.
2) They print in big letters on the website 90 DAY RETURNS. Actually returns must be sent to a warehouse in China at the customer’s expense.
3) The quality of the Boho Dress is horrible. It looks nothing like the picture and is very cheap fabric. The shape of the dress is also different.

The orders took an extra long time to arrive. The shoes were too big and the blouse was too little. I contacted the website but have not heard back.I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

If I could give a zero for these clothes I would. They feel strange and are see through. Very cheaply made. If you want to return anything you have to send it to China. There is no store in San Francisco. It’s a drop ship location for very cheap clothes.

I ordered 3 linen shirts, and received 3 100% polyester shirts instead. I emailed them to let them know the mistake they made, and they told me I had to return it to their factory in China at my expense. This was 100% false advertising, since they claim it's 100% linen, but it's actually 100%. I can provide the order I made, where it states the material that I was told I would get. I can also provide pictures of what I received. $115 wasted on their trash. Target has way better quality than what I received. I wouldn't doubt it if it was Temu, and they just resell it.

I purchased a pair of sandals. they just arrived and are NOT the same as the picture. Very poor quality. I emailed them but they said too bad in their terms. I showed them pictures as well. Buyer DON'T purchase from them

Spent $80 ordering two tops, but only received one. The top was not the color I ordered, and the fabric was cheep and almost see through.

I honestly thought this was a USA company and the item would ship from here.

They offered me a 10% refund!! What an insult. Oh, and they say you can give it a friend, etc if you do not want to keep the item.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

You are not a company based in San Francisco, moving to Florida. I ordered 3 items, $128 on June 7th. As of June 20th, I have received nothing, except an email saying my items are on the way and have been delayed in shipping. The shipping notice state entered the "mainland", what in the world is that? Are you shipping from the moon. This is fraud, and I will never receive the three dresses I bought, one of which I was going to wear to a wedding on June 28th. What goes around, comes around, remember that.

Chinese junk. No money back guarantee. Run!!

This is total fraud. I too fell for the "San Fran boutique store" line. The pics were great. The garbage I received was nothing like them. Any positive reviews here were paid to write them. And yes, must ship this plastic stuff to China for any kind of refund (which means CC company won't help me because "I can return them"). More than ever now, buyer beware and stay away from random ads. Stick with trusted and longstanding US companies.

Tried to return and received this message:

As a customer, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs to our warehouse in China. We recommend sending the return with Track & Trace, as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns. The shipping costs to China start at a minimum of $30-$45. Also the return shipping costs may increase depending on the size and weight of the items. Additionally, there is a high likelihood that your package may be held by customs, which could result in additional fees before your order reaches our warehouse in China. However, we are not responsible for these costs.
Such a scam.

BEWARE CHINA SCAM. They make you believe is a store from SF but nope this is just a scam from China with really low quality products that look and feel nothing like the pictures.

This is a scam out of China. Worse experience ever. You can't even recover through your CC, they are soo clever and crooked. Clothes you eventually might get are throwaway junk and return policy is sending back to China. Beware!

States its located in San Francisco...IT IS CHINA! STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY ITEMS 2 weeks later!! SAYS ITS IN CUSTOMS!!

sucked in by their story of closing a store in SF. I foolishly ordered 3 items (about 3 weeks ago). One pair of shoes advertised as leather arrived- totally synthetic and poor design. Cheap and ugly. The other 2 items- no telling if I will ever see them.
