Item described as cotton. Its polyester. Can't exchange. Now company claims technical issues. Do NOT order from this company.

The item I ordered was billed as "cotton blend" but turns out it is 100% polyester and it is the cheapest polyester I've ever seen. Like something you'd win at a game at the State Fair. Ugh. A lot of money down the drain for an item I will be donating to Goodwill tomorrow.

Less than one star. Very cheap crap made in China taking an American sounding name. The top I got was so ugly I wouldn't wear it to bed. Not at all like the photo. They don't refund!!! They said in order to save me the cost of shipping back I could give the item away and they would refund me 25% the cost of the item! BUYERS BEWARE!!

Beware. This company includes different names including Madison & Mae. Sounds like a US company but is actually a company based in China. The merchandise is ugly and cheap and does not resemble the photos. Still requesting return info, they are still dodging a response.

Shoes are CHEAP and not as advertised on site. Customer service is terrible, they want you to ship to China at your own cost for a full refund. They offered to give me a 10% refund to keep the shoes. RIDICULOUS

I bought boots. It was really nice boots picture on their website. After I ordered it they didn't send me an email about my order. Kind of suspicious, then I contacted with bank wanted to cancel transfer. But they sent me shoes. OMG, the smell was disgusting, shape was so funny. Not same as picture on website. I'm really furious. Contacted them. They offered me refund 20% of my money instead of shipping to Hangzhou, China. They should stop this scam. Don't buy anything from them.

Scam. Merchandise finally arrived and is cheap junk and nothing like the description. AVOID!

Do not buy from this company. It's a fraud.

Dress arrived and was faulty. Returns have to go to China. The company would not give a full refund for a dress with eight faults. I do not beeive they act within the law. BUYER BEWARE

Hi, I just want to say thank you so much. I purchased a frock for my daughter, and it is really beautiful. The fabric is very good quality, and it was better than I expected. I am very happy with the product and would love to buy more things for my daughter in the future. Thank you again.

I’ve been sending emails after emails and get no response. Oh wish I had checked the reviews before ordering! The shirt that finally came isn’t the one that was advertised! The material feels cheap! The shirt covers the bust area but tight around the hips. The sleeves are so long! I’ve learn my lesson and will never order from facebook. I did see the item on facebook but I went to the company website! I’m out 50.00.

This company is a fraud. They sent a product that was like a shower curtain fabric with a plaid print, and sleeves defective and not wearable because they are so tight. Then they won't let your return it as the policy states.

Their sizing is ridiculous and when I said either get me the right size or send refund they went silent. Learned my lesson that I should have read Google reviews.

This is a fraud. I ordered XXL sweaters, and recEIVED medium at best. If you wish to return items, you must send to an address in China. We know how that will work out. If you keep the items and register a complaint with them, they will reimburse you 20% of the cost. So, someone is making 80% of the total cost, and I'm left with two, too small, little quality sweaters.

Clothes are not what is pictured. Cheap and material is not what was represented. Do NOT MAKE PURCHASE.

Returns are international to China.

Actually, I would not give them ONE star. There clothing is very poor quality. I would never recommend this retail site to anyone.

Complete bait and switch. False advertising. Bought an outfit I saw advertised on social media for my wife for Christmas. Took 2 weeks longer than advertised to receive and the product was crap. 3 sizes to small and 3 world quality. This company needs to be shut down. It’s obviously a front for something else going on. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Horrible product, very bad quality, don't ever ever fall for this scam. Product photos are all fake, the actual product is very very cheap in look and worse quality you can ever get on a product. Don't even think about returning the product because they ask you to ship the product back to CHINA on your own expanse. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE...
