The items I ordered with cheap and nasty sent them back two months in customs and they came back to me cost £26.55 eve of Oxford UK should not be allowed not UK very cheap muck from China stay well clear

One of the worst retail experiences ever. The company has nothing to do with Oxford, it is based in China. The product only bore a superficial resemblance to the item photographed on the website. Returns are not hassle free as advertised. I was told they were not authorised to accept a return. After negotiating over several emails I was given an address in China to return the item, which would have cost me a third of the value of the item. I settled for 50% refund and gave the item to a charity shop to cut my losses.

Don’t be fooled by this website for glass lamps they look nothing like the advertised products they actually turned out to be cheap plastic and about 4inches in height they have no British standard plugs on them they are just phone chargers, they are very…very poor quality

When you view this item online for £30 you believe it’s an absolute bargain. Then it arrives (late) it’s cheap mass produced garbage. The only time this would have put a smile on someone’s face is if their toddler had made it at nursery,
What a waste of money for yet another Chinese scam artist with an ownership of a thesaurus to create a very convincing listing.

I have had this terrier lamp for less than two months now it is not working have emailed eve company so let’s see what the customer service is like you can also buy them on eBay a lot cheaper. I am not satisfied with this product.

Excellent, just a little concerned about the lamp how long it will last? Otherwise very pleased.

Nice elephant lamp

Wish I had checked Trustpilot before dealing with this company. Like many other reviewers ordered dog lamp as a gift for my son after the loss of our beloved westie. When it finally arrived I could not believe how rubbish it was. It did not remotely resemble the photo on their website. I am now trying to get refund which under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 any one who has bought from this company is due. I have been offered voucher for full amount and told I do not need to return the lamp - I refused this. They have now offered 30% cash refund and again do not need to return lamp - again I have refused this. I will persevere until I get the full refund which I am entitled to. I would encourage anyone else in the same position as myself not to give up but keep fighting for a full refund. I will also be contacting Trading Standards about this company and ask others to do the same. The more customers who complain to Trading Standards the better chance they will investigate and hopefully close this company down.

Ordered dog lamp ,arrived damaged told that can't offer a refund despite having an ear off the dog,numerous email exchange saying they will give me 50% back ,won't recommend this company and the product is of poor quality

Rubbish absolute scam ordered a light up dog came as a moulded plastic piece of crap ...after complaining i got a evoucher.

Absolutely gutted, quality is horrible and absolutely tiny. Definitely will never use this company again.

Samara Dreamscape sweater. Picture clearly shows a knitted garment, which is described as "Soft knit and relaxed cut provide all-day ease" on website. In practice it is just cheap printed cotton material. Ordered 27th Nov and finally arrived 9th Dec; likely shipped from China. Lesson learned! Definitely avoid this company!!

In all fairness, the company did offer to swap the dress which I ordered and was of absolutely dreadful quality, in lieu of a refund,since the Company's policy is not to offer refunds on sale goods. I asked for a jumper which took a long time to arrive (from China, where I suspect all the clothing comes from)and once again, the quality is awful. Far too small, far too short and bears little resemblance to the picture. I have seen the same items on other websites of "different" companies but I think they are all one and offer the same poor quality items. This review will not come as a surprise to the company since I contacted them first to say that I am very disappointed and that if the returned apology email was genuine, a refund for the dress first ordered would be forthcoming. My advice to others would be NOT to order anything since the pictures on social media are very misleading both in terms of material and quality. Lesson learned. Never buy anything you see on Instagram without checking reviews first!

Do NOT buy the dog lamp. It’s nothing like the pictures — completely different quality and absolutely not worth £29.99. The whole thing feels fake. They only communicate by email and every reply is obviously written by ChatGPT.
When I complained, they admitted it doesn’t match the advertised quality and still told me to send it back at my own cost.
Save your money. Avoid this seller. 100% not recommended.

The Betty Elegant winter dress, I ordered this item which I have received, delivery time not bad, as I've read other reviews stating thought I was never going to get item, I thought oh god what have I done! Original price of the dress is supposedly £80 I paid £29, dress is as the photo and the size I ordered correct, the material is far from what I would call a winter thickness material. I'd put a price of £5 on it, quality same as Temu or Shein, as far as I'm concerned it's £30 down the drain, can't be bothered with the hassle of sending it back, it's only ok to be worn indoors..... when nobody's likely to call ! Won't be ordering anything again, might as well use Temu or Shien same standard clothing...... rubbish!

The item is exactly like advertised i love pink and the cable sets it off lovely. Good quality and price

How do you get hold of them??? Was sent a dress that can only be described as a sack, the material is cheap and nasty! Would never deal with them again, I would like a refund but they don’t answer their messages! 🤬

Do not buy the lamps, awful, very poor finish, looks nothing like the product photo, to be honest if you saw this in a seaside tatt shop for £5 you'd walk straight past it laughing thinking blind Chinese rubbish! For just shy of £30, after a long wait for delivery (with Evri, the worst delivery group) I would recommend you keep scrolling down. Very dissapointed, avoid, if I could give a zero star I would, would also loved to have posted a picture, just to give you all a laugh!

I wish we could share photos here. Ordered a "glass lamp" of a chihuahua, received what can only be described as a "Temu chihuahua" The lamp we received was not a "beautiful stained glass lamp" it's a cheap plastic monstrosity that looks absolutely nothing like the advert.

Paid over £30 and shipping was incredibly slow which leads me to believe this is either not a UK company OR they're using drop shipping.

It was actually a sentimental gift from my husband after losing our beloved Chi very suddenly a week after our wedding.

Hopefully they will refund without fuss.

Trading Standards need to be aware of this.
