Extremely professional service discretely fitted the cable via the suspended floor to the sync ev on the wall outside. I can charge the car overnight and it’s charged to 80% in the morning. I’ve had no problems with the sync ev and the company can check the unit and update it remotely.

Jon was really helpful prior to me booking the job in, and was able to answer all my questions in great depth.

During the job, he was able to cater for some fairly significant last-minute changes to the job spec, and the handover of my new Zappi charger was thorough.

Cleanup was excellent - despite having to lift carpets for the ideal cable run, they were reinstalled professionally. Highly recommended.

Jon and Debbie are incredibly helpful, and Jon and Alex work yesterday was excellent - very, very hard to fault in any way at all.
They did the survey from my photos etc and were the only ones to spot the missing incoming earth on our gas and water pipes, the other two companies that quoted visited and didn't spot it! They fixed the issue with zero fuss.
They were also the only ones prepared to run the cables under the, carpeted, floor in our lounge - the others just tut-tutted and said no. If I didn't know they had lifted the carpet, I wouldn't have been able to see that they did.
Testing the charger (and in the process demonstrating it) using their (EV) van was a nice touch.
I would recommend them (and have already done so) without any reservations.
