Hi Ian, all items we supply are covered by a 1-year warranty or longer. We have not received the item in question back to us for inspection so are unable to check if it is faulty or not, please send it to us to check if you believe it to be faulty.
The simple adapter you purchased from us is not advertised as coming with a carry case, i note that a few days ago you emailed us demanding a free carry case, which was not included in your purchase. If the poor review left is because of that, it is a shame.
