The ladies in evapo were super helpful and kind

The ladies in evapo were super helpful. I came in with a problem with my vape which a different company sold me and they gave me great advice to go back and get an exchange. I ended up back in evapo as the other company was useless. The ladies help me and gave me a reliable vape. They were super kind and made me feel much better after such a bad experience with a different company. Will be returning in the future to Evapo as I think very highly of them. Thanks again ladies x

Next day delivery not met

Ordered on Friday before the 5pm cut off and paid £9.99 for next day Saturday delivery, now Sunday without it delivered and had an email from APC saying it would be delivered on Monday. Have emailed so let's see if I get my £9.99 refunded

Wrong pods (frustrating)

Always had a great experience with evapo, go into their portobello branch weekly/fortnightly for pods and juice. On this occasion, and after showing the male staff the pods I needed, I’ve got home and opened one pod to find it’s not the strength I asked for or what I always buy in store on my account. As the box is packaged the same I have opened one pod so can’t return, so disappointed!

Excellent customer service

Outstanding Customer Service from Geek Vape

I had an amazing experience with Geek Vape customer service. Casey was absolutely brilliant — she went above and beyond to help sort out my free code for a vape start-up kit and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. She was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful.

Nathan also deserves a big thank you for helping to reset the code quickly and efficiently. Both advisors were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly cared about resolving the issue properly.

Fantastic service all round — keep up the awesome work! Highly recommend Geek Vape for not only great products but top-tier customer support too.

Placed an order through the website for…

Placed an order through the website for next day delivery (Royal Mail 24) received a notification that the order has been refused and was being returned to sender.

I literally greeted the postman, so know this wasn’t the case. The postman didn’t even have the order when he came to my delivery address.

Emailed the customer service team who advised I would have to wait 5 working days or until order was delivered back to them before I could be refunded. Extremely frustrating but understood this was their policy.

The 5 working days past and was contacted to see if I wanted a refund or the order resent. I opted for a refund, I had used some of my loyalty points to pay for the order and asked if these would be returned to my account and was advised they couldn’t be, which was extremely disappointing .

So all in all a pretty bad experience and wanted to leave a review so other people are aware before placing orders
