The items are cute and the quality of the items are very good and customer service was quick and efficient. I did have an issue with sizing, but they were quick to offer a remedy that I was very happy with. I highly recommend.

Evaless web site is easy to use. Thier selection is impressive. I ordered a pair of shorts. They arrived as described and in a timely manner. I did contact customer support and felt they cared. They answered my questions in a timely manner and I found them to be most helpful. I would highly recommend Evaless to everyone.

Please pay attention to the sizing because I wanted a US size 7.5 but received a European size 40. I contacted customer service and they replied quickly and offered to exchange with no issues. It was my first time ordering and they offered to replace with the correct size. Very friendly customer service as well.

I’ve ordered from this company and related companies many times. So far pretty much everything has been great. I didn’t have high expectations because the prices are very reasonable and in many cases inexpensive.

I see a lot of comments on the shoes, but these are like $20 shoes. I’ve purchased many sandals and several pairs of sneakers because I love the designs.

The sneakers look a little cheap when you’re holding them but when you put them on they look really cool, they’re super fun, the designs are neat and unique

They’re not overly comfortable I wouldn’t go jogging for example. I would rate the comfort level about the same as Vans slip ons. Flat shoes, no support, really adorable.

I’ve also purchased the ripped, jeans and shorts with various designs, and those are absolutely adorable, and I love every pair.

I haven’t had a bad experience, it takes a few weeks to get your product, but I’m expecting that. I haven’t had to return anything, the cost for returns just hasn’t been worth the price I paid for the product so I ended up just giving it away if I didn’t like it, but that hasn’t happened very often.

I love the company and will order again.

This is the second time that I ordered from Evaless. I must of made a mistake when ordering and ordered the wrong size. I reached out to Evaless support as soon as I realized the error. Customer service was great. One of my items was the wrong size, which was my fault. But after speaking to customer service and wanting to do an exchange, they replaced the item for free. Excellent service

Purchased a pair of racing themed shoes. I received them 2 MONTHS after they were ordered. Very uncomfortable and extremely poor quality. I want to return them as they promote 'easy returns'. However, they must be returned to China and I will not pay that cost. After seeing the quality of the shoes, I would not order again from this company. Good luck to you if you do.
