Nobody who works their will answer the phone or sign an email by name, They only care about shifting units, not backing up their products. It's a real shame that a company with a once stellar reputation has degraded to this point. Avoid any product made by them (includind rebranded ridge ryder fridges at Supercheap) if you expect any backup services.
