I’m a serial bar consumer and I have to say that the Salted Caramel Keto Bars are my new favourite.
As one bar is usually never enough for me, I have to say that one of these is filling, and kills my hunger so on this occasion is definitely enough, with a very favourable calorie count also.
I cannot recommend these highly enough for a Keto friendly, satisfying snack if you are a sweet toothed person like me.
I have already reordered so that there is no chance of running out.

These are the best keto snack bars I have tasted, and as a type 2 diabetic on a very low carb diet I have tried many. Unlike many bars they do NOT contain maltitol which does raise blood sugar. They are very tasty and the texture is brilliant. They have become a regular part of my diet and I strongly recommend them!

As a personal nutrition and fitness coach I’ve been looking for low carb treats for personal use as well as to recommend to my clients. The bars with a good punch of protein whilst also being ketogenic certainly deliver nutritionally whilst the flavour and texture are incredible too! Highly recommend

Much preferred the savoury snacks to the sweeter ones. Although a small pack, I found the crackers to be quite filling.

The flavours were delicious and I found them to be perfect healthy snacks to keep hunger at bay! Loved them.

I’ve been trying both the bars and snack bites and really enjoying both. The salted caramel bar is great for a post swim/gym session energy boost. The bites are a great snack but also good as part of a meal - I’ve had with soup and mixed through a salad for lunch. Great products - definitely recommend.
