Overseas and non-UK suppliers should be very cautious.
We are a non-UK supplier and worked with this company for around five years. After our final shipments in 2024 and early 2025, several invoices remained outstanding.
After repeated follow-ups, a partial payment was eventually made, but a significant balance still remains unpaid. The outstanding balance has been acknowledged in correspondence, and specific payment dates were repeatedly given but not really met.
After further follow-ups and a formal letter, we had no option but to issue a Court claim in the UK to recover the remaining debt, interest and costs. This has been a very disappointing end to a long business relationship.

EV2 continue to set the benchmark for excellence. As we launched our 2026 Extreme Challenge kit, their performance across every stage from communication to final delivery has been nothing short of exceptional.
From the very first conversation, the team understood not just what we needed, but what this kit truly represents. The vision behind our challenges carries deep meaning, and EV2 translated that into a design that is both powerful and personal. The attention to detail, creativity, and care shown throughout the design process has been outstanding.
A special mention to Nikki, whose support has been incredible. Her communication, responsiveness, and genuine commitment to getting everything exactly right made the entire experience seamless and reassuring. Nothing was ever too much - every idea was listened to, refined, and brought to life.
The quality of the finished kit is simply top class. From material to fit to finish, it reflects the highest standards and will be worn with immense pride throughout our training and during the challenge itself.
Delivery was efficient, reliable, and perfectly in line with expectations — another example of EV2’s professionalism and consistency.
EV2 don’t just supply kit — they become part of your journey. They understand the importance behind what you’re doing and match that with a level of service that is truly world class.
If you are looking for a supplier who will go above and beyond to deliver not just a product, but your vision - I cannot recommend EV2 highly enough.

This company is absolutely brilliant, I have never made a football kit before and I had no idea on how to do it and then katy and Steve have been so supportive the whole way, and the design that was made was absolutely fantastic, definitely would recommend them. Great for the price

Our Touch Rugby team was after some fresh kit with our new sponsors. I used the design app on the website and as a team selected the best design. The process was efficient right from the start and we had our new singlets in no time and the quality was top notch

Our club has been using EV2 for 5 years & the service for most of that time has been amazing, our account manger Katy has been outstanding and a credit to the company. The product quality are very good & teams are getting two years out of kits no problem & the teamwear again has also been good quality. Were very happy with the company and hope our partnership continues for many years to come.

Unbelievable from start to finish. Came to Katy with a speculative ask about future kit partnership, not expecting to be able to get a large order of kit in before a big competition we had, and they managed to expedite our order by many weeks. Not only this but the quality of the clothing and the design was top notch- many other teams were vocally envious of what our athletes were wearing. Communication has been outstanding throughout, keeping us in the loop with expected dates for production, delivery etc. Whole squad now very keen to enter a partnership and broaden the range of products!

Shocking experience. Ordered a kit for my 9 year old son’s academy team in October and paid in full with a delivery time of 4-6 weeks, which in itself is unusually long but had no other option.
It is now 4 months later and still no sign of the kit being delivered.
I have called multiple times to follow up and every time I’m promised that someone will get back to me with an update but they never do.
I have also emailed them and had no response.

Update: I received a response to my email that unfortunately went to my junk folder. It claimed they were unable to locate my order as it was produced and uploaded to their Royal Mail tracking system but they were unable to track it. I was offered a remake of the kit and a refund of the delivery charges.

I then received another email from the General Manager asking me to remove this review as now I am hopefully satisfied with the service.
I am not satisfied with the service. I have been waiting over 4 months for something that should have taken 4 weeks and despite multiple phone calls had no response.

Update 2: the kit has now finally arrived. I am still waiting for the promised refund of the delivery charges….. I’m not holding my breath.

I've been working with these guys for the past 3 years on white lable gear and team kit, from designing to making and delivery of the Sportswear has been absolutely brilliant, very knowledgeable, definitely give them a go.

Nothing but praise for EV2/Ellgren. ordered a few things for my rugby academy last year and the designs were everything i asked for by Steve.
Moving onto our Rugby League ARLFC transitioning from Oxen to Ellgren isn't always easy but the support and the quick designs to orders has been fantastic from supplier to customer. we have recently just ordered our Butlins kit and after match attire and again great customer service.
