High-pitched buzz occurs many times and is very disturbing. Can be watched only with mute on.

For example the Federer-Hurkacz -tennis match from Wimbledon 7th July..

Can you fix the problem?

Overall I find the player very good, but when a stream has been running a longtime usually 2-3+ hours the picture drops definition and becomes pixelated for a few seconds or so and then clears again, it only seems to happen when the stream has been running a longtime.

Generally our viewing is restricted to the cycling and generally we are pleased with the coverage, but, why do you have to spoil the first two Grand Tours of the year by employing someone who struggles to get his words out, constantly repeats himself in the same breathless sentence (rant maybe too strong a word) and basically shouts his commentary - yes, we have to turn the sound down when Sean is on duty! Knowledgeable he is, and was a decent cyclist in his day, but that does not mean that he makes a decent commentator! Please do not spoil the Vuelta for us as well.

Poor scheduling.
Live events often stop recording before the event has finished.
Very slow to add catch-up programmes. Nothing added for 4 days.

The commentators of Rollan Garros are so biased for Djokovic that is shocking.
The “Greek” has a name and some comments about his play could be only but fair!!!

My experience has generally been good, I subscribed only for Roland Garros. However, I think you need to reconsider how match replays are presented. If, like me, you want to watch a replay and have avoided finding out the result, it would be very frustrating to then go into Eurosport player to see the match split into parts, ie sets. This could be a complete spoiler for a match. For example, a men's match split into three parts clearly means it was over in three sets, and by the end of watching the first set the viewer will know who won. I don't understand why it needs to be split into parts at all.

Watching the French open in the UK. The commentators are so biased toward Tsitsipas, Nadal and Djokovic. Sometimes you wouldn't think the others are playing or don't do anything worth mentioning. Zverev did an amazing return winner and the only thing the commentators mentioned was about Tstsipas not coming into the net. Unbelievable!

Using app on Xbox One to watch French Open tennis at the moment. Streaming quality seems to be struggling a lot. Always slightly pixelated and sometimes veering back into very pixelated and unwatchable. Internet connection in the house is 150mb and continuously stable. I must say it's quite frustrating having signed up for a year.

Any suggestions about what I can try to improve the quality?

11.06.2021 Update: Thanks for the response. Have tried some of the suggestions and all seems well now. Reception is crystal clear. Seems that a restart of the fibre system did the job. Changed rating to four stars. The only other observation I have is that the navigation of menus and channels is a little unclear/confusing sometimes. It's like it doesn't seem intuitive or something. A restart won't sort that I'm sure but maybe a future update.

Why does eurosport Tennis coverage (Roland Garros) show lots of channels but actually there is a very limited selection available and its often impossible to find “the big match” at the appropriate time.

I dont want to pay for what seems to be a very poor eurosport player. I just want cycling coverage as it used to be - live as it happens, without boring interviews.
You have two channels so show two different sports you seem to be neglecting your viewers in favour of selling your GCN race app. (A new way to watch cycling) its not it dilutes the previously excellent race coverage.
Your losing your core audience if you take note of all the cooments above.

Crap audio quality. I already reported a high pitch beep in audio. They "are aware of the problem" (I doubt it). They never resolve their issues, year after year the same. The German audio is fine, so why not the English? It is pathetic.
And the player interface is just confusing and weird - I had to actually use the search function to find the Badosa game today!

Absolutely awful. Ruined my Giro d'Italia experience. Would give 0 or minus rating if I could. I sign up to Eurosport Player through Amazon Prime specifically for the Grand Tour cycling events. Never again. This years Giro Highlights and the Breakaway programmes seem to have been up loaded haphazardly with gaps of days and some days racing not even loaded. The format/layout on Amazon Prime is ridiculously vague and disordered. It is either incompetance or tactical to get you to spend more on another app I am guessing. A truly terrible service. There is really no excuse. I feel ripped off and very very frustrated.

I’m watching the French Open on Eurosport (Amazon Prime). I have to guess which channel to click on - no players named on ‘live’ matches. It’s getting cancelled ASAP

I am getting really annoyed at missing the Criterium cycling for endless matches of tennis. Do you really need 2 channels for the tennis? Why say the cycling will be on when every night it is not due to tennis?

The tennis English commentary is accompanied by loud hisses and beeping, can't be listened to, just awful. I first noticed this during 2020 Roland Garros and wrote Eurosport, twice. They said they'll take care of it, twice. It continued in the 2021 AO and now the issue is just the same. What's so much worse are these benign responses from their customer service, in private and here, pretending to work to resolve the situation, while in reality, I'm forced to assume, absolutely nothing is done!! It's one thing to have technical faults, but to bull#$$t your customers as well?! Never subscribing again.

I only subscribe to Eurosport to watch the 2 tennis grand slams, and every time, unfortunately, it has been a dreadful experience!
Not only the video is slightly choppy (I stream via Fire Stick and have never had any issues streaming via this device- my broadband speed is in excess of 65Mb/s), but this time, while watching every French Open match, there is a high pitch noise while commentators are speaking, which absolutely is driving me crazy!!!!
Sort these technical issues out or I’ll never again subscribe!
I just truly hope that Prime will take over broadcasting the 2 remaining Tennis Grand Slams as Eurosport is clearly highly incompetent!

Why are Eurosport given coverage of a major slam. Coverage is a joke. You’re in the middle of a match and it’s suddenly switched to another match . They wouldn’t do this if it was football. Tennis fans deserve better 👎🎾

Watching the Federer match at the French Open and everytime the commentators speak there is a very annoying beeping noise. Ruining the experience!
