I haven’t scooted in 50 years, so coukd have done with some printed graphics as to how to put in together and adjust it.
The colour of the tyres is dog crap brown, when ordered red, but I can live with that.
Overall very impressed with product. Would recommend to friends and family.

I purchased a couple items online to be shipped internationally and the items never arrived. Upon contacting the company, they stated that their chosen courier refused to ship the item and then lost track of it.
I emailed and telephoned on several occasions; to which I was met with poor communication and multiple excuses for weeks. At present, the company refuse to give me a refund despite their negligence.

Excellent customer service and quality goods
From ordering to delivery it was a good experience. I had problems with my first order and not being able to apply a discount code but this was quickly resolved by the customer team. Great quality and I will definitely be ordering again.

Disappointing return process and poor customer communication
I chose EuroSkateshop because I saw many positive reviews and decided to order wetsuits from them. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.
After returning one wetsuit because it was too small, I received only half of the refund amount, without any explanation or notification. I had to contact their customer support several times before they finally informed me that they considered the wetsuit to have been used.
Considering the nature of the product, and the fact that it was returned with the original labels attached, it was clear to me that the wetsuit had not been used. Thankfully, I received the missing refund only thanks to the excellent support from Klarna.
However, EuroSkateshop did not refund the return shipping cost, which was over 100 SEK. The return process is expensive, and I found their communication to be unclear and their customer support unhelpful.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not use EuroSkateshop again and cannot recommend their service.

Great quality and fast delivery. My twins sons love these scooters and have enjoyed hours of fun with friends at the local Skatepark. I have recommend to friends and family due to the amazing quality . Will be ordering again for by other son soon .
