Guaranteed bookings promised – no bookings delivered, no refund
I purchased an 18-month subscription from Europe Holiday Lettings Services after being offered “guaranteed bookings or a full refund.”
The promise was clear: if a minimum number of weeks were not generated, a refund would be issued.
After payment, zero bookings were delivered and refund requests were not honored.
At the time, the website and communication appeared professional and credible, which influenced my decision to subscribe. However, the outcome did not reflect the guarantees that were advertised.
Before subscribing, I strongly recommend that property owners carefully review the terms, verify refund enforcement mechanisms, and conduct independent research, including checking multiple public reviews.
