Recently moved from the UK to Spain.
recently moved from the UK to Spain using European Moving, and everything went very smoothly. Communication was clear throughout the process, the team was professional, and all of my items were delivered on time and in perfect condition. The move was well organised and stress-free. I would especially like to recommend Vicky, who was extremely helpful and made the whole experience easy from start to finish. I would definitely recommend European Moving to anyone planning an international move.

Acquire the services of European Moving as my family member was moving from London to Manchester. They are professional and very supportive in their work. Handled all the things very well. Recommend.

Absolute disaster from start to finish, do not use this company.
I requested our furniture to be picked up 17th October and dropped off in Spain 22nd and that I wanted to hire a Luton sized van, I was flying out 21st.price agreed all looking good.
The warning signs when the van turned up with a cardboard number plate to the rear looking back should’ve stopped the move straight away.
The driver mentioned he was taking my belongings to a storage point as his van was t legal in Spain which didn’t add up with the time scale but again I gave it the benefit of the doubt.
On the day I was due to fly out I received an email saying there had been a delay and my things wouldn’t be transported until the end of that week at the earliest from the transport management team who do not have a phone number to take calls. So I was dealing with Alfie who is clearly the middle man that takes all the complaints for the horendous shxt show.
My belonging finally arrived 27th two days after my family had arrived with no furniture in our new home.
When the van arrived It was packed into the back third of the van with several items missing and some damaged, the driver stated that the remaining items would be coming at a later date (I’ve still not received the items or any compensation) so the price I agreed for a van for my belongings had been compacted into a third of the van size I agreed the price on.
This company will more than likely reply with you must have us mixed up with another company as I’ve seen previously as a response to other unhappy customers. Also be aware that they initially come through as various other names to side step reviews like this.

Contact from 1st call to my delivery was great no issues drive great totally no complaints moved from London to Switzerland thanks guys.

I strongly advise against using European Moving & Storage. Our experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish.

We were promised a dedicated van and delivery within 3–4 days (maximum 14), but our belongings arrived after more than 20 days, only after repeated chasing and a formal complaint.

Communication was almost non-existent. There is no proper phone number to reach anyone, and emails were either ignored or answered with generic replies.

On delivery, our goods were in terrible condition: boxes (including those marked “fragile”) were crushed, furniture scratched, and mattresses/sofas arrived dirty from poor storage and mishandling. Clearly, items were not stored safely nor secured in the van.

We incurred additional costs due to delays, misleading information, and the company’s failure to deliver as promised.

Even after raising a claim for damages, the company has not responded to our request for compensation or explanation.

This company shows a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer service. Moving abroad is stressful enough without being misled, ignored, and left with damaged belongings.

People should be fully aware of these issues before booking — I would never trust them again with my belongings.

Honestly from the reviews on here I was quite worried to go with this company. However, from the first phone call with Samson, I felt reassured. I just graduated and couldn’t afford to send 7 boxes from UK to Austria for 1k-1.5k which was what I kept getting quoted by other companies. European moving quoted me the lowest at just £540. I was still skeptical due to this but with it being my only option I went forward.

My boxes got picked up on the correct date and time and took about 2 weeks to get delivered. I was told that it would be 2-4 days, so I became very worried when it was taking longer, but everything came in near perfect condition, especially given I used weak boxes.

Here was the process: I called for a quote and I asked if I could have a day to hear back from others and get back to confirm. Samson was very kind and gave me until the end of the next day, and I ended up confirming. Paid the deposit, then the rest of the amount 3 days before collection. Boxes got collected and I was told I would be given a tracking link.

My only issue was the lack of transparency with the shipping process. With the expectation of a 2-4 day delivery, when I still didn’t have the boxes after over a week, I was a bit concerned so I hounded them quite a bit. Although they replied to emails quick, it was very vague and I was really worried they weren’t going to deliver. Boxes got picked up on a Thursday, I emailed on Monday for a tracking link that I was told I would receive the next day. This happened every day until Thursday and I never got the link. Called them on Monday and was told my boxes would leave on Tuesday and I would get the link, but was never sent it. I emailed on Wednesday and was told I’d get notified of the delivery date asap. I was a bit agitated at this point and said it seems like they don’t know where my goods are, and at this point I was told they’re in a warehouse in Kent. Then two days later I was informed the delivery would come in 48 hours. The next day a lovely lady called to confirm they would arrive on Saturday and she’d even give me a call an hour before and finally my goods arrived!!

So everything worked out great, I just wish I was told a more accurate delivery time and the communication was clearer, because I never got a tracking link despite being told several times I would. Which is fine, I just wish I wasn’t told about it if I wasn’t going to receive it. I also had no idea my goods were sitting in a warehouse for so long. Nonetheless, besides that I have no complaints. Everyone was lovely.

TLDR: was told 2-4 day delivery time for 7 boxes from UK to Austria but goods took two weeks and communication was shaky, but everything arrived perfectly fine.

I was surprised to see bad reviews. I was happy with the company, which I used to ship a smallish item from the UK to northern Spain. I felt the price was reasonable and the people I dealt with (Cristina and Fletcher) were helpful and professional. The driver was also polite and pleasant. Would use again.

This company chose not to complete my move and asked me to find an alternative delivery company. Whilst I did so, they stored my belongings in their warehouse - or so they told me. However, when the new company arrived at the warehouse today, not only were my belongings not there but apparently the warehouse itself didn't exist! Finally I was given another location and within some difficulty the new company were able to collect my things (at least I hope they were my things, I won't know till I receive them).

Extremely bad experience! It’s a scam!
They asked me to pay the whole amount before. The 2 men arrived without tools while furnitures’s dismantling was part of the contract.
1 hour after collection they sent me an email requesting £1200 more to be paid now or they would not deliver my belongings. They took me “in hostage”. I paid. They were supposed to send the link to track the truck but I received it only 2h30 before the truck arrives at destination and only because I requested update.
They started delivery at 9pm. There were no real removers, only 1 driver and his wife. I had to do the biggest part myself!!!! And of course, some belongings have been damaged or stained. There were supposed to reassembly the furnitures but of course they haven’t. They are thieves!
