They are absolute scammers
They are absolute scammers, they took 55 Euro (50% advanced payment) for a ride to airport and never showed up, send apology later and promised refund within 5-11 days, and that was 4 weeks ago.

This website clearly scams you out of your money. It suggests a bookable taxi ride which is roughly 50 % cheaper than other online offers. All you have to do is pay half the fair in advance. You will then receive the drivers details asap. In my case no further communication was possible. I did not receive drivers details. Result: You will never see that money back and nobody is waiting for you to drive you to your destination. I am usually quite careful with these kind of offers and apply the rule "if it sounds to good to be true, it is not true." Why I fell for this one I am not sure. So if you see offers for a cheap taxi ride from this company, stay away. In my case it was an airport transfer in Ireland.
Booked cab for collection at Venice airport. As we landed and connected to the network got an email saying they can’t pick us us. Leaving us with no option but to get airport transport to our hotel costing us more then amount already paid to euro cab. Emailed a number of times now regarding refund with no reply. This was over 30 days now. If I was you I wouldn’t use them and let everyone else know about them. Now need to prove to CC company to hopefully get money back. DO NOT USE THEM…..
Scam. Took a 10€ booking deposit and never showed up, never answered emails.
I booked a transfer from Riquewihr to Colmar. They sent me the confirmation by email and took the deposit, but the taxi never showed up. Don't book with them.
**SCAM***AVOID***. They took a 50% booking deposit and an hour and a half later advised “We regret to inform you that the taxi we had initially secured for your request became unavailable, and despite our best efforts, we were unable to arrange an alternative in time.
If your payment has already been processed, please rest assured that a full refund will be issued to the same payment method within 5–11 business days.
We want to emphasize that situations like this are extremely rare, occurring in less than 10% of the requests we handle across Europe. Nevertheless, we deeply regret the inconvenience caused and are actively working to ensure a more reliable service in the future.
Thank you for your understanding, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.”
Literally a scam. No number or responds after deposit is taken
I booked this company online for a short airport transfer in Pisa. I did not receive a confirmation email/message. I emailed them and still did not receive any correspondence. However, the deposit was taken from my account.
