On a negative point,I thought the packaging could Have been smaller.Apart from that everything was great

Well, after a 2 week battle (and them continuing to email me after I told them I was giving up), they emailed me yesterday to say they had reviewed the photos and were refunding me for 4 pots which they could see had opened, while they are still maintaining below that there was only one picture of one pot. Curious. Anyway, I didn't ask them for a refund, but hey ho, I'll take the win .. its the hardest earned £1.05 I ever got :D
One silver lining is the Customer Service manager I employ in my business reviewed the entire, prolonged email conversation I had with Europa foods and said that it was the best example she has ever seen of how to wind up a customer and ensure they never come back, for example, however many times the customer asks if they can speak to you on the phone to get some clarity, completely ignore this and reiterate that they have only sent one photo of one pot. My customer service manager also has asked if she can use it in her training as it is better than the examples she made up

I ordered 32 yogurts but the use by dates were 9 days away. I've bought them from a supermarket with a shelf life of 4 weeks so I was disappointed. But that was nothing compared to the customer service. The box was crushed during transit by DPD and 13 of the yogurts were no longer sealed and the lots were squashed. I sent a photo of the unopened crushed box, and 7 photos of the pots to Europa foods but they said that this did not affect the quality or taste of the product. True, perhaps, but as they have to be eaten within 3 days of opening I do not view this as a good service. Even worse, they keep accusing me of sending multiple photos of the same single pot, despite me sending photos of multiple pots. I am at a loss as to how to get them to look at the photos again. I now give up. I'll never use them again

Initially visited this site to look for some confectionery items that are not typically sold in the UK. Searching through their website was relatively easy and the selecting of the products I wanted was successful. The ordering process was swift and without any problems. The communication from the company telling me about the process of my products was really good. Overall had a great experience and I would happily buy from then again

One of our favorite supermarkets. We order French food with EuropaFood quite often. Their range is CRAZY! Everything is fresh and the quality of the products is exceptional. As for delivery, we have never had any problems: the courier arrives on time, the packaging is good too, everything is well-packed and was delivered chilled. I can highly recommend this supermarket!

Excellent Quality and Service, products arrived safe and cold

Had the item I wanted in stock and arrived with a useby date of July 2027 which is really good as I bought 8 tins. Good delivery service
