I placed an order with EuroFlorist. They got the address wrong and due to their clunky website I did not leave a greeting. NO phone number but a useless messaging system. I did use an email and emailed ghe corrections. I was told No changes could be made !!! I protested that they had only just received the order.
Never use them. It's not
worth the hassle. It feels that all they want is an order and your money. They don't believe in a quality service.
This is the second time that I have had the same experience with Euroflower, and I am absolutely disappointed!!
When you have the option to notify this order is for the office and needs to be delivered during office hours means, before 5 pm!! I chose that option! Order a week earlier so I don't experience any problems, but this service is disappointing and not responsive at all!!
People order flowers on special occasions for some reason! If you want to deliver late what is the value then!!!
I was very kindly sent two deliveries of flowers over a number of weeks. On both occasions the delivery was thrown over my 5ft gate. Flowers on 1st occasion were fully open, wilted and bedraggled. Dead by 4th day. On 2nd occasion flowers were healthier. But probably suffered from rough delivery.
I complained to company but they have completely brushed my complaint away.
I wouldn't use or recommend using euroflorist.
