Late delivery frozen goods had defrosted

I liked packaging & punctuality of …
I liked packaging & punctuality of delivery time.
But I am very unhappy to find that head of the both fishes ( ilish & ayer) were not delivered fully. A few bits of pieces were there. I bought these whole fishes for the sake of heads. We love the heads of the fishes. Another shop did the same thing & I don't order them anymore!

Good fish quality and next day delivery
I usually like to have Bangladeshi fishes, since I stay in west sides, deshi shops are not available that much. So I order online. Eurocross send us frozen fishes and other items was not much old. The delivery was quick in next day, and we enjoyed. Thank you and I hope next time we will get some products to purchase which wasn’t in stock.
