Ordered a Toyota C-HR CoC for export to Spain. The process was smooth from start to finish. EUROCOC responded quickly to my enquiry, provided a welcome voucher, and delivered the official Toyota duplicate CoC within 5 business days as promised. When UPS had a delivery issue, their team responded promptly and helped resolve it. Document arrived in perfect condition, fully official and signed by Toyota Motor Europe Brussels. The customer service at EuroCoc is brilliant. The certificate was provided within a week (as opposed to a minimum of 20 working days via the official route) and delivered by UPS within the stated deadline.
If you own a second-hand car, the certificate will bear a “duplicate” stamp, which some offices may object to because they expect the original copy. However, EuroCoc provides clear explanations for this, as well as information about the legal requirement for offices to accept the certificate in its original language. It is slightly more expensive than requesting it from the manufacturer, but it is definitely worth it.

great communications, very clear info

Great service - they even checked with me before processing my payment, as there was some chance the CoC would not be needed in my country, and they asked me to check this! I had the digital version in 1 day, and the hard copy by post 3 days after. Super.
