As a company very helpful though product knowledge is sometimes limited due to low use of certain items.
The only reason for not getting five stars is the delivery times are not as advertised, allow at least a week to save any hassles.

I think Eurocell is very good because it has very competitive prices, offers free delivery and delivers quickly. I will definitely order from them again as easy to order online and prices are great

I don't normally write bad reviews. But the customer service whilst trying to rectify a faulty order has been absolutely shocking.

the order went to the wrong branch (not Taunton's fault and its taken two weeks to get the order from Weymouth to Taunton. when it arrived today the parcel had been opened and the newel cap removed. I am already one newel cap short from my original order of £2500 2 months ago.

Easy to call in the depot, order and collect there and then. Also good advice at the trade counter as well

Delivery arrived without a phone call to arrange date and time.
The Window board was very sticky after the protective covering was removed. It took a lot longer to clean up than to cut and fit.
Suggest you include a bottle of solvent cleaner with every order.

Easy ordering and order turned up quickly

Fantastic friendly service from start to finish, and a fantastic product at a reasonable price. Robin was very friendly and provided an excellent quote and answered our queries really quickly even late a t night and at the weekend. Kerrie in the office was equally awesome and profesional, and sorted out the one and only issue we had post construction really quickly. What a team

We are so happy with the new building which was constructed in two days and the two guys building it were absolute legends especially on the first day when it rained for the entire time. Been going here for over a year now, great team that works here, Brian and Jay are always really helpful and efficient. Would recommend for any windows or plastic.

Quick and easy, informed staff who know their products

I popped in on Saturday and was greeted by Leon, and Brian and they helped me work out what amount of coastline cladding I need for an upcoming job, couldn't fault them.
