Really nice staff

I called the Eurocamps office in Cork and i spoke with a lady called Laura, she was just super, so easy to deal with. I told her I'd call and ask for her the next time I needed anything!!

We arrived on a late flight to the…

We arrived on a late flight to the mobile..I had emailed the campsite to leave bedding there but it wasn't left in...had to wait to get it...with x3 children waiting at night not ideal....also woke in the morning to find dirty bowls cups glasses and cutlery in the cupboard..disgusting....eurocamp rep wasn't too apologetic for it and reluctantly went to get some clean items...also went to pay for bedding 44 euro for a double and 22 euro each for single bed...really this is ridiculously expensive...should be included in the booking...can someone address this please and respond.

We are very sorry to hear that the bedding you had requested directly with the parc was not waiting for you, particularly as you were traveling with three children on a late flight. It is also disappointing to hear that you found the kitchenware in an unsatisfactory condition and that you felt the response from our representative was not sufficiently apologetic. This is certainly not the level of service or cleanliness that we expect for our customers.

Regarding the cost of the bedding, we offer linen as an optional extra to ensure we can cater to all budgets, as many of our customers prefer to bring their own to keep holiday costs lower. However, we understand your frustration regarding the price point and your feeling that these items should be included. We value your feedback on this matter, as it helps us review our service offerings for future seasons.

I spoke with lovely lady called…

I spoke with lovely lady called Lorraine. She was very helpful. on another occasion, I spoke with alexandra. She was very kind and patient. Gave me some great advise on where to book our holiday. The eurocamp team in Cork are always lovely to deal with.

We consider it to be very ‘penny…

We consider it to be very ‘penny pinching’ for the company to charge €60 to allow families have neighbouring cabins PARTICULARLY when we have made 3 relatively expensive bookings! ONE overall charge of €60 might be considered understandable (although still ‘mean’ in the circumstances) but to be asked to pay three times for essentially the one service and an arrangement that facilitates good management of the park as a whole leaves a bad taste!

We would like to clarify that we apply a charge for specific location requests because, in order to guarantee that families are placed directly next to one another, we often have to leave surrounding nights unsold to ensure that those specific units remain vacant for your arrival date.

While we appreciate your feeling that a single charge should suffice, the fee is applied to each individual booking to cover the logistical requirements and the potential loss of availability for each unit involved.

Had to make a few phone calls regarding…

Had to make a few phone calls regarding booking accommodation. Each time I called their customer service agents were absolutely fantastic, so helpful and professional on the phone. I hope our accommodation on arrival is as good.
