Bought previously from this website with no issues.. However bought a car seat in august having waited 2 weeks and no sign of the car seat I emailed and got no response so contacted via instagram and was told it would be posted the following week. 3 weeks waiting came and no sign still, opened my emails and got a message saying there coming has gone into liquidation and it would not be sent. They were to send a cheque with the refund money (which I found strange as I paid with my bank card) and low and behold no sign of it either!
Went to look at there website and it back up under new owners? They are a bunch of scammers! Having done some research you can see they liquidate there company every 2/3 years!

Horrendous service from this company, bought a pram for my daughter June st 2024 paid 1500 euro in full, was promised delivery 10-12 week. Despite repeated phone calls no updates on delivery. Grandchild was born mid Aug and when we complained they gave us a 2nd hand inferior car seat on loan. My daughter could not even bring her new baby out for a walk because she had no pram and it ruined what should have been the happiest time of her life. After many calls and visits we cancelled the order and got a refund. They have now closed abruptly and left many disappointed young mums. Absolutely appalling company.
AVOID at all costs
Absolutely shocking experience with this business. Ordered our pram in June 2024 and was told it would be ready for pick up in September 2024. Paid a deposit also. Called 4 separate times to be fobbed off by members of staff saying that I would get a call back. Finally I demanded to know when we could collect our pram to be told that ‘we just won’t be able to source that now’ no other explanation. I did receive my deposit back, not good enough. It has left us now too late to order another before the baby arrives. Avoid at all costs!!!!

We ordered a 3 in 1 travel system in June of this year. We were told the travel system would be ordered with an 12week lead time and arrive at the store in August and so we were happy to pay deposit of €300. On August 15th, we rang to arrange collection of baby travel system. We were told that we would receive a call back that day with the update of our order. No call back. We rang on two more occasions on separate days with the same response on the phone and no call back. As we entered September and we are expecting our new arrival at the beginning of October we got anxious about getting a reply. We rang three times in one day, each time being told we would receive a call back. Naturally we began to put pressure on the shop to give us an update on our order. At close of that day, we received a phone call from the shop manager to inform us our delivery had not and would not be delivered. There was no explanation or reason given and no offer of an alternative option. Leaving us with 4 weeks to our due date, we were left feeling completely let down by Eurobaby. We explained that whatever the reasoning behind the order not being delivered, the shop should have been upfront with us when we first rang and as a result of their lack of communication we were left with very little time to repurchase our travel system. The stress this caused us and lack of empathy from the customer service was extremely disappointing. We received our deposit back. Thankfully we sourced our baby travel system from a local store afterwards and were told there was no delivery or production issues with our product. This leads me to believe that there are underlying issues with the store.

I have never experienced worse customer service than I have with Eurobaby.
I had ordered a travel system from themselves back in May where I was then told it would take 10-12 weeks to be delivered and once it was dispatched I would receive a tracking number. Fast forward to 12 weeks later, still haven’t received a tracking number or any update on the travel system so I had contacted them to enquire about the situation where I was told that they would look into it and contact me back by the end of the day with an update, they had not contacted me, so I rang the next day and explained the situation again and was told that they would request an update from the purchasing team and email me once they had an update, I decided to give them a few days to contact me. no one had got back on to me AGAIN so I found myself having to chase them and explain myself repeatedly to them to then be told they didn’t know where the travel system was as the purchasing team had not got back to them with an update, I was starting to panic as I had 2 weeks until my baby was due. Fast forward to last week, again the same situation no updates could be given. (A week before my due date).
after being told the same thing again and again I decided to search online where I found another store that have informed me they would have the travel system sent to me within a WEEK. So at this stage I had just requested a refund from eurobaby, and said I would need that refund to be processed straight away so that I could order the travel system from the alternative store ASAP. I was told it was cancelled and that the refund would take 3-5 working days to go back into my account. It has now been a week and I still have not received the money back into my account. I contacted them today to find out they only processed the refund YESTERDAY after cancelling the order last week so I’m now expected to wait another 3-5 working days to receive my money, I now have a newborn, no travel system I have had to borrow a car seat from a friend because of this. Not a single solitary bit of sympathy had been expressed towards my situation from this “team” they call themselves. They don’t want to take responsibility for all the stress they have caused me my last few weeks of pregnancy. As someone who works in retail myself I can not express how much I hate even doing this, I know how stressful it can be. But the way they have dealt with my situation is absolutely appalling, and by the reviews it looks like it isn’t just myself they are after doing this to. They don’t care!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE.

WORST STORE EVER! MY STROLLER NEVER ARRIVED
First time mum - Ordered my stroller in March (4.5 months ago at this point) and was told it would be here by start of July (potentially even earlier) and they would ring me to organise delivery when it was in store. I never heard from them so I rang them start of July - they said they would follow up and get back to me as they had no update. A week later and still no update, no one bothered to ring me back, so I rang them again only to be told they sent an internal email a week ago but haven’t received any update. I told them I was extremely stressed as I was due any day and it was appalling that they couldn’t get an update on my order after a week!! I got a call back that evening to be told it should be in-store by Friday and they would ring me to organise delivery.. come Friday evening 4pm and still no update! I rang them again to follow up! The person said it wasn’t in the store but would check with warehouse and get back to me. She rang me at 5pm to tell me this - they had NO idea where my order was, the warehouse wasn’t sure about it, the management weren’t sure about it and had no update what so ever!!! HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE!!!. I asked what am I supposed to do now as I’m due any day and ordered this well in time, to which I was told they could offer me a refund!!!! A REFUND AT THIS STAGE IS NO GOOD TO ME I NEED A STROLLER FOR MY BABY THATS DUE ANY MINUTE. BUT SHE SAID MANAGEMENT HAVE SAID THEY CAN ONLY OFFER ME A REFUND OR THE FLOOR MODEL INSTEAD AS THEY DONT KNOW WHERE MY ORDER IS AND COULDNT GIVE ME ANY INDICATION OF TIME!!! I asked for this to be escalated and to speak to the manager/supervisor but I did not get any calls back either!!! This is how poorly they treat their customers!
Such a terrible experience - no wonder their swords branch has closed. I came online to leave a review and noticed I wasnt the only one with this issue! How can someone offer a refund to a person that has waited for 4.5 months when they need the product! Absolutely no shame for putting a heavily pregnant customer in such a terrible position and yet to offer no compensation, no apology , nothing!! PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU WANT A GOOD STRESS FREE EXPERIENCE!! YOU ARE BETTER OFF PAYING A BIT EXTRA ELSEWHERE , WHERE THEY TREAT A CUSTOMER WITH MORE RESPECT!
I had lost all hope and faith in EuroBaby stores and was soo stressed on Friday evening that I decided to contact the stroller brand directly and they have since sorted me out at 6pm on Friday evening (post their working hours).

I ordered a pram back in march as I was due in July, contacted them at the start of July to be told they don’t have my pram and cannot track as ‘ its how their system works’. Time frame told was 10-12 weeks I have been waiting 15 weeks and the customer service was appalling, I was offered to give more money for another pram that they discounted or get my money back. I have never dealt with a worse store manager in my life I went down to get my money back and he would not even apologise for the stress the store has put me through as a first time mam, he would not even process the refund himself he should not be working there if he is miserable about his job no compassion whatsoever how I was treated he. I would not recommend ordering from this company especially as a first time mam I would of never taught something like this would happen to me having my baby and no pram and to be treated poorly but it did, luckily I had an amazing experience down in kaleidy in bray had a pram sorted for me in the same day I would highly recommend these such nice people, but SHAME on euro baby I don’t know how they still have business!!!!

Ordered a cot and changing table - the lead time was a few weeks. I ordered this late and when I asked to see can we get this before baby, they moved mountains. The stuff arrived the day before our little boy arrived and it’s top notch. 5 star service.

No feedback, 14 days from order to shipping, after 3 weeks I still haven't received the product ordered. I hope to receive it this week.

Similarly to other reviews , I ordered my iCandy Travel system on the 28th Feb off Eurobaby.
Fast forward to 4 weeks before my due date, 12 weeks after ordering, I contacted Eurobaby for an ETA on the order.
After over 2 weeks of emails, and phone calls, no one was able to offer me any insight on when I’d be receiving my order that cost €1600.00.
I then demanded a refund if I could not get a delivery date, they didn’t even try to reassure me that I would have my order, offer any update they simply just said they’d refund me.
Long story short, it doesn’t seem like Eurobaby are able to fulfil these orders they’re taking. To do this to pregnant women and then leave them without car seats/prams 4 weeks before giving birth after preordering over 12 weeks in advance to ensure something like this doesn’t happen is outrageous and I’m not quite sure how they’re getting away with it?
I will be spreading the word to anyone who will listen about this company, and advise everyone to steer clear.
