Poor Experience

After a delay of 12 days I finally received the products that I ordered and I must say that I am really disappointed with the quality of the products ant with their customer service. The products do not match the pictures on the website and we are misled to believe that they are high quality and instead we get 65% polyester products. Also sizes do not match - M size is, in fact, extra large size. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Scamming company

As a hired mystery shopper, I strongly advise to stay far away from this company.

- Products often don't match.
- Returns are a scam & will get 'lost' in shipment.

They will send you an untraceable label to return items.
If you want to return an item, always make sure that:

a.) They provide a valid(!) address
b.) You send a traceable package

Be very carefully when ordering

Be very carefully when ordering. I have paid and complained and still no dress or refund. I ordered in May. 45 messages sent and still nothing sorted. I get the dame reply. Any professional company would send my goods. I have also been asked to take my complaint from here or they will not send my dress I paid for.

OUT OF POCKET;NO REFUND;

Bought two swim costumes for my wife; £36 taken of my card 18th June. Goods returned same day as received. Goods signed for 12 days ago; but NO REFUND TO MY CARD. Emails sent to them are replied to with request "please be patient"; what!!!!!! Never buy of this company again.£36 PLUS £9 RETURN SO I HAVE SETTLED FOR £45 OUT OF POCKET. SMALL CLAIMS COURT I THINK.

I og deres a bikini Tue 26 april for my summer holliday 1 month Later i have receiver Nothing, 2 month Later..20 mails forward and back With proff of lost parcel.
And still Nothing.. they send standart mail of excusing but they do not send a new order... no service , no conversation, no refund... never shop there again,NEVER
