I thought I'd leave a review after a few months as I expected the extensions to become ratty around the 6 weeks mark like all of my previous ones from Beauty works / Balmain have so wanted to give a accurate review. I'm pleasantly surprised that the condition is still amazing at over 8 weeks. I also ordered Platinum White and the colour has zero yellowing like I've had from other companies and feels excellent.
Will be sticking with Euphoria One now. I also had to return my original purchase as the colour was too pinky (I ordered myself) but the customer service team were happy to exchange these and offered to match me , the platinum white they suggested was perfect. Thank you very much to the customer service team.
My only slight negative would be I wish the delivery was free over £150+
Apart from that I'm very happy ⭐

I’ve now been using Euphoria one for my extensions for over 3 yrs and won’t go anywhere else! The hair quality is amazing it stays shiny and thick for atleast 9months and the price is by very reasonable too! I swapped from using beauty works and find Euphoria hair much better quality and also so much cheaper 1000% recommend ladies x

I have used Euphoria one for 5 years and haven’t used another brand since which speaks volumes. They have an extensive shade range and variety of hair extension methods, the quality of the hair is brilliant providing the wearer cares for them as instructed. I have on occasion had to reach out to the team and they have always been quick to respond and resolve any issues.

The customer service is amazing, I purchased the wrong colour tape extensions for my hair and forgot to return them in time, I was given extended time to return the item and received store credit. They also took the time to help me find the correct colour for me and were very thorough in the process.

The quality of the hair is amazing, really lasts and is brilliant to work with. With good maintenance, the Russian / Mongolian hair last in excess of 12 months. Very good quality hair, full range of colours and quality to suit everyone. Customer service is excellent, when I have ordered wrong colour or needed to get in touch , they always get straight back to me. They also contactable by Instagram chat or email. Would 100% recommend.
