I used to use bonded hair from Euphoria then moved to another brand for tapes - however I’ve just moved back to Euphoria and the tapes are incredible quality. My hairdresser was impressed and then were easy to install for her. The price is fabulous too. Will definitely stay with Euphoria this time !!

Have used this hair extension company for about 6/7 years now and the hair is not only affordable but great quality. When I had trouble with a colour I ordered not quite matching they were really helpful and matched another colour for me which was perfect. Always get my order within 1-2 days of ordering. Would definitely recommend

I have been using E1 for a few years now as a professional for myself and my clients. I have honestly not found any other hair that matches the quality! I've used lots of other suppliers, and literally can't find any fault with the hair from Euphoria One at all.

I use the Brazilian range mainly but have used the Indian and the Russian/Mongolian a few times too and love those ranges just as much! I use the wefts and tapes.

Myself and my clients always get at least a year minimum out of the hair, even then the hair is still is lovely condition, it just needs replacing because of course by that time it's shed a bit and of course it can't grow back itself! Never had any problems with shedding either, it's always stayed nice and thick.

I do use quite a bit of heat on my personal hair extensions, and mine have always stayed lovely, never dried out or frizzed up, ever. No split ends either. My clients who use the blonde shades, their hair has been as good as the dark shades even though they are processed more and may not last as long as the darker shades, but still a year from the blonde shades too. Honestly can't speak highly enough of this hair!!

The price is also absolutely amazing too, for the quality of the hair, other suppliers hair is double the price and nowhere near the quality of Euphoria One.

Lastly, I want to say the customer service has always been great, super friendly, replies always in a quick manner, very helpful, and have always helped me when needed. Highly recommend!!

I will definitely purchase from Euphoria hair again.

I had an issue with some hair I ordered (my colour ring was out of date so it was my fault!) the colour that arrived didn’t match my swatch, i messaged the WhatsApp team and immediately they replied trying to help sort the issue. I sent them a picture of the colour of my swatch and explained what had happened, they were so helpful and gave me so many options as to what I could do. In the end we settled for sending the items back with the cost of the hair credited back onto my account for an exchange for the right colour. When I returned the hair back to them, I also sent in the swatch that I was trying to colour match and they got back to me the next day when it arrived with a match! I then ordered the correct colour with the credited money from my return and they even sent the swatch back to me inside my new order.
They were so informative, helpful and attentive during the whole process, nothing was too much trouble and they were so lovely through the whole process!! I would never use anyone else for hair extensions, Euphoria one cannot be beaten in my eyes! 💕 thanks again for all your help!

Absolutely love this brand! Have worn many different brands over the years and Euphoria One are by far the best! The hair is fantastic quality, lasts for at least a year (even the blondes). The hair stays silky and soft, my clients absolute love the hair. There would be an uproar if I ever changed brand now! <3 x

I ordered a two-piece set of clip ins to help with thinning hair and received the items within two weeks. To say I'm disappointed with the quality is an understatement. They look and feel like synthetic hair and there is are bald areas at the top of both clips.
I had to open the pack to see the pieces and when I complained to Euphoria they emailed to say that the items couldn't be returned because the pack had been opened....despite me advising that there were bald patches - how can you check the items (that arrived in a paper bag!) without opening the pack!
I've since used the hair pieces once but the clips are fiddly, got stuck in my hair and were really difficult to clip in and to remove.
All in all a disappointing purchase and not value for money, poor quality item. I'm sure there are better quality items out there for less money.

Ordered on Monday ( was a bank holiday) for next day delivery so would have expected them by wed at the latest when I had my fitting appointment. Still hadn't arrived by Wednesday. Contacted customer service to be told basically not their problem. They sent the order by the correct postage. Not even an offer of postage refund. They still haven't arrived ! Wont ever use again.

AVOID. Sent hair total wrong colour. Saying I have to buy new swatches every 12months otherwise I will get a different shade! Had to pay to return & wait for credit. Had to pay more postage to get correct!!! This has happened twice in 6 orders despite updating swatches!

Euphoria are an amazing company for premium quality hair. You pay for literally what you get. I got the Russian nano extensions there are expensive but I can not complain on the price at all as the hair is absolutely beautiful and non tangle non knotty, very soft beautiful colours, the hair is top quality and I always get compliments of my hair when using the Russian nanos, they last me years if I’m not stupid and cut them about like last year due to why I’m buying more this year as I want my hair long again. I actually fit my own nanos in. Also how lovely the staff are and amazing services they give you. I will always and forever use euphoria! 💞 thank you
