From design to finish, the Euphoria guys were fantastic. Richard was very patient (unlike other kitchen companies we looked at...!) and came up with some great ideas and helped up to design the perfect kitchen, and Rod and his team were all excellent. It was a fairly big project involving taking down an interior wall, putting in steel and stripping out the old kitchen and putting in a new modern one. All the guys they used were a pleasure to have around the house and they were very careful and respectful.

They transformed our dated, old-fashioned closed off kitchen into a fabulous open modern living space and we absolutely love it. Everyone who has seen it has been blown away by the difference as well.

They have a video of the finished kitchen on their Instagram page which shows how good it looks, won't let me post here but have a look!

I would not hesitate to recommend Euphoria to anyone and wish them very well for the future.

Euphoria were delightful from start to finish,with design of Kitchen through to completion. Everyone was polite professional and welcoming. l was always kept informed.

All work staff were on time and worked well. Their quality was exceptional and if l was not happy with anything it was corrected immediately or within an expected time frame.

Euphoria installed our new kitchen and we couldn't be happier. They helped us with the design and came up with some brilliant suggestions that we hadn't even considered. The actual installation of the kitchen was first class and any issues were dealt with quickly and without fuss. Usually the first word people say who haven't seen our new kitchen before is "wow!". Top notch job and the team at Euphoria are a pleasure to deal with.

We had two ensuites completely reinstalled together with modifications to a further bathroom. All work was conducted to the highest standard with great attention to detail. Nothing was too much trouble. An excellent and professional service which we would thoroughly recommend.

We didn’t seek out Euphoria, we stumbled on them while we making a rather random and naive search for someone to replace our kitchen and breakfast room.
Meeting Richard, Rod and the team was our lucky day.
Gutting the old rooms and completely reimagining takes quite a while as does the supply of cookers,etc. However we love the result and it was all worth it. We loved the participative design experience working with Richard in their showroom. One particular 2 hour design session left us excited but exhausted. We felt we were involved throughout but Rod made it clear any issues or minor problems were his problems not ours. We were really impressed by the people Euphoria brought in. Real quality and again we felt fully involved.
Our friends and family normally only use one word - ‘Wow’.

I have to write this content for other reviewers who may be looking for a lovely kitchen…..
Euphoria were our choice as soon as we saw the array of finishes of the product and talked to Richard who was so helpful…If you are looking to buy a truly lovely looking kitchen with a great design for your space try Euphoria…I am sure you will be impressed with the finish I give them a full 5 stars for the design help….fitting and end product….great from start to finish absolutely faultless….we couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome….

We wanted to turn our dark kitchen and formal dining room into one big bright open space and make better use of a badly designed utility room. Through a personal recommendation we contacted Euphoria. Richard’s design and advice at the planning stage were spot on. Having Rod working alongside the various trades gave us confidence that a good job would be done. The works were finished on time and the project has exceeded all our expectations, nothing was too much trouble. Rod and Richard make a great team keeping us informed on every stage and making sure we were personally introduced to the various trades people. It is very clear that customer service and satisfaction are top priorities for Euphoria. We are absolutely delighted with our German kitchen, it makes us smile every time we walk into it and we reflect on the project with nothing but admiration for how well it all went in these difficult times.

From the first greeting to a last after service checkup, and celebratory bottle of Custom Champagne, EUPHORIA showed professionalism, talent, patience, total reliability, and care every single day. Their ability to utilise, adapt, and install their range of kitchen and beautiful worktops, as well as recommend appliances was first class with no sales pressure. As an ex kitchen designer, I can truly say EUPHORIA can be absolutely guaranteed to do the job within a time frame promised with no hitches that could not be sorted. Using their own team, all coordinating together the installation was seamless. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Excellent company to use when requiring a new kitchen. We are so pleased with our new kitchen supplied and installed by Euphoria. They are a lovely company to deal with, so helpful, professional, friendly, approachable, caring, and are absolutely excellent at designing a kitchen to make the most of the space you have, giving you different options, to suit your individual needs and requirements. The quality of our kitchen is excellent, and we have had so many nice comments from family and friends. Euphoria are very good with communication and respond to any queries etc straightaway. They have a lovely showroom for customers to have a look round in Walberton, and they give every customer very individual attention, and we felt very relaxed in that we could ask as many questions as we wished, and spend as much time as we needed, discussing our new kitchen specifications. Nothing is too much trouble for them. We are so pleased we found such a fabulous company, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody wishing to have a top quality new kitchen, and they even do bathrooms!!!

We looked at a range of kitchen suppliers from high street to high end bespoke and chose Euphoria based on the quality of their design, an end-to-end kitchen service, they understood all our requirements and worked exactly to our fixed budget. I have to say they are an excellent, professional company that will own the whole kitchen project, manage it, bring in skilled tradesmen and deliver it to your satisfaction. We were lucky to have Rod as the Project Manager and he held everything on track and always kept us up to speed with what was going on. When we did hit a snag, with the supply of appliances (due to the chip shortage), he immediately came up with options on how we could still get the look we wanted but through different appliance suppliers. It was delivered on time exactly as Rod said it would be.
We are so, so pleased with the end result and after 6 months we haven’t had any issues and would recommend Euphoria to all our family and friends. Thanks Euphoria for a brilliant result !

We are absolutely delighted with the quality, design and special features that Euphoria enabled us to have in our stunning new kitchen. From our initial visit to their showroom through to completion, Euphoria and the whole team were a pleasure to work with.

We spent a lot of time with Richard trying to get the design as stylish, yet efficient as possible and onsite discussions with Rod and his team helped us to see these plans turn into reality.

Nothing was too much trouble and we liked the attention to detail and small personal preferences. Perhaps the strongest point was their level of communication. They always turned up at the stated time and if there was even a slight change of plan we were informed in advance.

Having searched for some time I was recommended to go and see a company called Euphoria who specialise in Bathroom and Kitchen design and installation. They are based in Walberton in a small complex but their showroom is impressive.

I met both Richard and Rod who run the business in different areas, and their warm and friendly approach and extensive knowledge convinced me that they would be a great company to use for my project.

How right I was.From conception, design and planning they were thorough and inspiring. I can only say that they brought my vision to life and all their team are professional and caring.Even when a few hiccups happened as they always do, they came and fixed them promptly and efficiently.

We found Euphoria professional and knowledgable from the design process through to installation. Richard, Rod and the team designed and fitted a beautiful kitchen for us 18 months ago and we did not hesitate to return to them for a bathroom design. We had an excellent experience with Euphoria from the planning stage with Richard, through to completion. Well coordinated by project manager Rod. A high standard of workmanship from all of the craftsmen, all of whom attended onsite in a timely manner and were professional and courteous. Very pleased with the finished kitchen.

Excellent service from design to installation. The design team were very helpful and used their experience to suggest a layout and features that greatly improved our existing kitchen layout, increasing the amount of natural light coming into the kitchen. Our initial requirements were over ambitious but Euphoria were able to suggest alternative features and materials which better suited our budget.
When the time came to fit our kitchen the installation team were excellent. Very clean, very tidy - all tools tidied away as agreed and all dust and debris cleared and swept up. Great care was taken to keep dust contained within the kitchen with dust sheets being laid on all flooring leading to the kitchen to prevent damage to the floor.
The installation team themselves were very experienced, took great pride in their work and were very much focused on wanting to provide us with the kitchen that we would be proud of. Nothing was too much trouble for them - even a last minute alteration to a gas pipe and change to a window surround was taken care of efficiently and effectively, without fuss. Rod and Ben are a great team and are a great asset to the Euphoria Kitchens.
Euphoria Kitchens exceeded my expectations and provided us with a level of service and support that only a local independent company can offer. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Euphoria Kitchens to anyone considering having a new kitchen installed; if all traders operated as they do, then us consumers wouldn't need Trustpilot.
