I bought eulen that was adversited as 100% undetected cheat. Used it for a day, got banned, created a ticket that i want a refund and THE SPOOFER ISN'T WORKING, they just closed my ticket and ignored me
UPDATE: They never texted me and didn't try to resolve the issues.

There are 2 very similar patterns between our Eulen Loader and a virus: Both focus a lot on encryption and anti-debugging processes.
The loader is extremely encrypted and has several anti-cracker/hacker routines, preventing it from being cracked or analyzed by Game developers, for example. Analysis automation tools (like VirusTotal) only focus on abstract methods of an application, where they analyze, in a black box way, everything that an executable is doing, without 'creating a rationale'. Viruses do the same thing, to escape the anti-virus, which is why this false positive is generated on the Loader.

I had cancelled my subscription a while…
I had cancelled my subscription a while ago and i just randomly have been charged for a month and i try making tickets but they are never available in my timezone and i’m assuming i wont be issued a refund even tho i wont be using it. It’s stupid how once you pay it automatically becomes a subscription even tho i’ve cancelled it.

They don't care about the product's functionality
The menu's features are good, but they don't care about the menu anymore. The menu is experiencing and error (CNL Timed out) which kicks players from some servers after 5 minutes of using the menu, the error is going for more then a month and a half and people are waisting their subscription time for them to leave it like that because it's not for everyone. Their spoofer has been in maintenance for 2 weeks and still no fix, they don't even give back the lost days for the spoofer's maintenance because they say that it's free, well it ain't free, it's a part of the product and some people get it for that spoofer too because they can't use the menu unless the spoofer works too. Overall the functions are good, but functionality of the menu and spoofer is just too bad for people having to pay 20$ per month or 100$ lifetime.

I've bought Eulen Lifetime about 5 years ago and never had one issue, like I had with other cheats. Never been global banned (due to Eulen) nor have i had any issues with the Support so far.

Big Scam
The Cheat worked for like a week then it started to kick me out from server for timed out and when I tried to reach them and create Tickets for help they kept closing my tickets and werent responding to my messages. Eulen is a big Scam. I dont recommand it.

bought lifetime a long time ago, got a new pc, showed proof of purchase and they didnt care to reset hwid so i could use the product
EDIT: tried again today 17.02.2025 and they reset my hwid so i could use the product again.

We have check logs and check whenever a HWID reset is applied if there were changes to your PC's ID, or even the IP, location, ISP... We have proof that there was login sharing and this is not allowed.
We have HWID blocking, with one license per computer, to prevent people from buying and sharing the same license with others.
If you want to use Eulen on more than one PC, then you must purchase more than one license, this is under our terms.

Terrible Service, Unjustified Account Disablement, and Zero Customer Support
I recently purchased the lifetime offer for Eulen Cheats, expecting a seamless experience and a reliable service. However, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Within a week of purchasing the subscription, my account was inexplicably disabled without any prior warning or explanation.
What's even more frustrating is the complete lack of customer support provided by Eulen Cheats. When I attempted to seek clarification or request a refund through their Discord support channel, my ticket was promptly closed without so much as a single response. It's utterly appalling how they treat their customers, especially considering I payed $100 to be disabled for no reason and without being refunded.
