Had an issue with my rust server and received a response very quickly with potential fixes and after confirming the exact issue it was fixed immediately and I was given extra time for free!
Personally don't blame the company for the issue it happens but I'm extremely happy with how everything was handed, would 100% recommend using them.

I've been with EU for a while now, EU are a fantastic provider. I recently needed some niche help and changes made with how the firewall works for DayZ and they delivered! This was something that they didn't have to do yet they did it anyway, spending hours to create a solution for me. I can't rate this company, service and how they communicate with new and existing customers high enough.

Incredibly easy to set up, solid performance and really reasonable pricing!

Great customer service!
great customer service! What impressed me most was how fast they got my server set up. I was expecting to wait a day or so but it was literally ready in minutes after I signed up. The prices are really competitive too, especially considering the quality of service you get.
The support team is available 24/7 which is a massive plus when you need help outside normal hours. They've always been patient and helpful, even with my more basic questions.
Overall, I'm really pleased with Eugamehost and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable game hosting. Great value for money and top-notch support.

network down again
I’m writing this new review because the last one passed the deadline. Aaron S is completely retard. He just says to open a ticket on the EUGameHost website then why have a Discord server at all? Discord is more convenient for me, so that’s where I prefer to communicate.
Even if I open a ticket on the site, nothing gets done. They just ignore messages and never fix their network issues. As I write this review, my site is down. i cant upload proof image trustpilot not allowing me
EUGameHost won’t admit that their network is down they’ll probably just say the incident isn’t real. I honestly don’t care anymore. My advice: avoid these guys.
TBH, the downtime happened about five times this month. Three of those were really long like 5 to 6 hours each. I don’t even know how many total times the site gone down since I don’t check it frequently. If I have time, I’ll write a script to ping my site regularly so we can see exactly how many times this trash hosting provider goes down each day.
I will update the downtime duration for my site. Since I checked at 6:00 AM, the site has been down. I know it was already down before that. The current time is 6:48 AM, so it has been 48 minutes with no fix yet. I have reported the issue.
