Dear employees of Wrangler,
I am a fan of your company and have been wearing your products for decades. I understand that there is a limited selection of your products available in Europe, but what I don't understand is why I cannot log in or access my account on your website using any browser. Neither Safari, Opera, Chrome nor Microsoft Edge works. If your IT department cannot solve these issues, hire high school students who can fix it for you.
I understand that shareholders are primarily concerned with profit, and the company's reputation is secondary to them. However, dear friends, if negative reviews and dissatisfied customers continue to increase, you may eventually have to shut down your entire sales operations in Europe and earn nothing. As a business owner of three companies, I cannot understand such an approach to customer service.
What disappoints me the most is that such a great brand like Wrangler is being led by amateurs who know nothing about business and sales.
P.S.
Continuation - Wrangler has informed me that my account does not exist on their website, despite having scans that prove otherwise. I have also made two recent orders with the company.
What does this indicate?
- The company is not addressing valid complaints
- No one has responded to my problem regarding the login page for my account on their website
- The response is written as if neither I nor my account exists.
However, I have scans of my account, orders, and emails from Wrangler that prove my account exists and that I have made orders.

This company is committing crime in day light, people with account within their web site have no access into their account section, the login is not working for a weeks and Wrangler EU is remaining silent, no one didn't attempt to help us, we need solve returned purchase but we are unable to login and check the status or even cooperate.
This site is absolute SCAM and its providers should be arrested for fraud !!!
No one seems to hep no one cares !!! they will sure not react on this call for help as they do not care about so many bad reviews here. Steal money from our accounts is enough for them.

I'm writing this email based on advice from the Wrangler company reaction on my Trust Pilot review .My husband created an account on your EU Wrangler webpage in order to shop for clothes for himself. The account is related to the name Michael Moder. Within this account my husband made two orders (viz attachment) and one return order, so I hope you understand that he HAD to have an existing account to be able to order on the webpage.
Why am I even pin out this obvious fact - in reaction to my husband's complaint to wrangler, about not working log in to his account section, the Wrangler replied that my husband does not hold any account and that he has to create one !!!!! What an Idiotic and lousy behaviour and approach to the clients problem ! Do you see how horrible this Wrangler behaviour is ?
EU Wrangler is a shameful smear on the face of a good brand ! behaviour of your employees there and so on the so called customer service is spit into peoples face.
I attach all the screenshots we made during this painful experience, you can see that my husband had an account ,that he made purchases and that the Wrangler EU is behaving as a criminal. we are not your clients anymore, my husband would never shop with your company ever again and we are willing to share this true story everywhere. My Husband , as a Company owner and the more than 30 years experienced businessman my husband runs multiple e shops, he is entitled to judge the absolutely lousy way the Wrangler EU runs its scam business. I hope that this overall summary of our experience explained to you my very negative review on Trustpilot and that you understand that we wouldn't buy from your company even the pair of socks after all behaviour we experienced by your front office representatives ( customer service )

Jeans ripped on the knee after 4 washes. I emailed the helpdesk some pictures and they were quick to evaluate that this was a fabrication issue. I received my money back the same day that I got the email that they assessed the damage. Will definitely buy here again, the quality of the jeans is normally great, and I am pleased with how they handled this one off problem. Thanks Ana!

Very happy with Wrangler as they took a complaint about the thin fabric of an Icons MWZ 11 jeans very serious. The jeans almost fell apart after wearing it a few times. They replied to my complaint instantly and came with a solution within a few days. They refuned the full amount of article on my bank account within 2 days and offered a great reduction on my next purchase. I purchased another Icons MWZ 11 jeans plus a Larston jeans and received the reduction on both items. I received items exactly as ordered and very quick. I'm very happy with Wrangler !

The size chart was wrong, they send me the jeans and they are way too big. NOT at all like the size chart said. I talk to the customer service Samara F and she was patronizing and rude, argued with me and then apologize for the way I feel - then wishes me a happy holiday. So rude. I'll never shop with wrangler again.

My order was cancelled due to technical reason. The items I ordered are still available on Eu Wrangler store. It was waste of time for me as I paid it upfront and the information came after 3-4 days and money was backed after another 3-5 days.

Unreliable company! Paid, confirmed order has been canceled due to the lack of goods. The pants were still available but the Wrangler changed a prices. I DO NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK FROM 15.09.2022!!!
Outrageous store behavior. I bought a few trousers at a very good price. I paid for the order and everything was ok until I got an e-mail with the information that the store canceled the order that due to the lack of goods, the pants were still available, of course, but at a higher price. Scammers

The order has been cancelled - that's ok, it happens to even the best. However, almost a week has passed, and the store has not made a refund. At every store I've purchased from so far, a refund was initiated immediately upon cancellation. Purchases were made by fast transfer (BLIK), so the money should be returned instantly, at the latest the day after initiating the transfer.
Moreover, I sent two emails inquiring about this and received no reply! (Order no. 200000258393).
This is the most irresponsible store I have dealt with - a total disaster.
They cancel the order after a three days due to "out of stock", and the goods on the website are still available in the same sizes. Explicitly making an idiot of the client to extort data and freeze money.

Very uninteresting experience with this seller, I'm warning others! Acceptance of 2 orders, cash collection, then complete no response for 3 days, completely different exolanations (untrue) after my contact and reference to the store regulations, which are inconsistent with applicable regulations, which was confirmed by the relevant consumer protection authorities. A week has passed and I still have no goods or a refund. The case was reported to the relevant institutions.
Are you kidding? I sent the details to this address on September 19 and someone replied that the reason was a technical error, and on September 20 someone else that you did not complete the order because there was no goods. And a certain Mateusz recommended me to read the store regulations, it's a mockery!

I have placed the order, payed for it and out of a sudden, after few days have received information, that due to stock shortage (what was not true, as items were still available) it has been cancelled. After my inquiry, they said that cancellention was due to technical reasons. Still waiting for the refund. I strongly recommend NOT TO TRUST this store! You will just waste your time and freeze your money.
