Jeans, excellent quality, but mens cargo pants, absolutely the worst designed possible. They fit great, but cargo pockets, whatever style are useless to keep anything but a cloth or something soft. Ha... See more

Texas overdyed black Jeans are anything but 'overdyed'. I've bought three pairs online in the past year or two - none are overdyed, all have visible signs of fading or scuff marks around pockets, openings... etc.

Purchased several pairs of pants in Nov 2025. By Dec 6, one pair had the fastener detached. I contacted Wrangler for warranty. I had to ship the pants back (rather than upload a photo) before they did anything. They then told me 4-6 weeks AFTER they received the return before they ship a replacement. Got a call from Fedex trying to deliver in Jan. No tracking number from Wrangler and package has never shown up. Called Wrangler this morning for tracking number and was told Fedex will try to deliver 3 times and then return to them. Company has gone to crap, uses crap delivery system, makes it the customer's problem, and apparently just attempts to make honoring their warranty such a pain that you give up.

I ordered 4 items, None of them fit correctly and I paid a $7.99 process fee to return. While it was written and I didn’t read before hand, I really didn’t think a big brand like wrangler would need to charge a return process fee.
I don’t need to spend the extra money on this brand to have to pay to return items. Plenty of other brands will suffice for me. Also, the quality of your clothing is garbage. Nothing is made to last.
Five (5) pair, barely worn Wrangler Rigs Workwear, each pair of jeans, all five, same defect. The fabric the button is attached to, shreds losing the metal button. These jeans are barely worn!
I have pictures if needed.
NO, I do not recommend this brand.
Order wrong size so exchanged five pair of jeans shipped back but they didn't shipped new ones they recieved my shipment but didn't refund my money so thought they would just ship me the correct size I exchanged for but no. You have to reorder and pay again and hopefully they send you a refund when they get to it. I wasn't worth the discount veri dissatisfied wouldn't recommend Wrangle site
Do not order from here for a gift for someone the website says they have a return and exchange policy if exchanging for a different size of the same product. Apparently they do not know the definition of exchange because they don’t have an exchange policy they just ask for the return and you have to wait for the product to be received and refunded and then reorder. Also the customer service is horrible!
Bought Rustler jeans and the first time I wore them the ass ripped right out of them when I squatted down.
Wrangler the head company refused to reimburse me for my cost. NEVER BUYING FROM THIS MANUFACTURER EVER AGAIN!!!!!
I ordered several items, jeans and tops, over 7 weeks ago now. A couple tops fit ok when they got here but they shrunk quite a bit after just 1 wash. A couple I would have returned but was told that I would have to pay to return them. Then the worst part was the jeans. 2 pair were so big on me I could literally fit both my arms in the pants while waring them with them buttoned & zipped. So I got advice on what size to get, considering how big they were, I was told to go down a minimum of 2 sizes. Then I contacted Wrangler to exchange them. I followed the directions exactly. I sat waiting for jeans that didn't come for weeks. I finally called them back and first they said they never received the jeans I had sent back, which I knew wasn't true thanks to FedEx tracking. Then they said they had returned my money to my card. That wasn't at all a part of our agreement! I was sending the jeans back for an EXCHANGE, not a return! When pushed they honored my original purchase price and let me reorder through them and rushed my order. Seeing as things really hadn't gone well so far. I waited for the jeans. When they got here I tried them on only to discover that they are ridiculously small compared to the previous pairs. I only went down 2 sizes. The previous ones were HUGE! These are screaming tight. They seem like they are 4 sizes smaller than what i had the 1st time. What happened to quality control?!? Apparently Wrangler doesn't believe in it anymore? Now I have to try to go through this whole stupid process all over again and apparently it's a crap shoot on how they will fit once I go through their detailed echange process. Not to mention that I have no idea how im going to get my sale price again. I have zero interest in losing the sale price, that I had waited for, before placing my order. I have no idea what size I should try next either. At least these 2 are the same length as they used to be. The other pair that I kept when the order first came is way too long! (This is a piece that I considered returning all together but didn't want to pay to return them.) These are definitely not their normal length for what is printed on them. They are about 2 inches longer than they should be.
I'm so extremely disappointed in what's going on with Wrangler right now! I have been a loyal Wrangler customer quite literally for over 4 decades! Sadly I think my time with this company is OVER. Im honestly so sad about this. I'm praying that they BRING BACK DECENT QUALITY CONTROL and bring their CUSTOMER SERVICE BACK TO THE UNITED STATES!! So their customers would be taken care of, understood and be able to count on a consistent product!
I bought denims and a polo shirt for my sons Christmas. The polo shirt was way too large, I wanted to change it for a smaller size. Contacted customer service, explained i couldn’t print off a return label as I don’t have a printer. The reply I got was, our other customers turn to family members or friends, also the library. I explained I only have a few family members left and none of them stay nearby. I can’t get to the library as I struggle to get out. My youngest son was diagnosed with cancer ,and my eldest son took his life in July, causing my already severe anxiety to become worse, asked if there was another way round it….no reply! I’ll never buy from them again! …
Since posting this review, customer service and the lovely Naureen sorted everything out for me, I’m once again a happy Wrangler shopper 😊

Canadian shopper here. Don’t do it, just don’t put yourself through the aggravation.
I order when the site said “free shipping” but they charged $39.68 for something and did not provide a detailed invoice.
Then they decided to send the order in three separate packages. I received the first 10 days after ordering, and it had now been 18 days and nothing else. The shipper (Uniuni) has only an anonymous lying smartass responding to queries. Will I receive the goods? Who knows.
I asked Wrangler for help but they have ignored me. Certainly won’t be buying their shit again.

I bought a pair of jeans from Wrangler for the first time on the premise that they would be hard-wearing and last a number of years.
I have worn through them around the groin in 5 months.
I contacted Wrangler to suggest that, for the money and the marketing (I work in agriculture) I was hoping they would last a little longer and for good quality gear I am happy to spend the money. Is there anything that can be done.
Their quality team reviewed my pictures in line with their 2 year Warrenty.
They promptly rejected the claim, stating that the damage wasn't a quality fault but due to 'extensive use'.
Their website states 'built to last' - they are not even built to last a year.
Save your money and buy something that will do as advertised.
My Levis have lasted 5 years.
I pressed back, suggesting I wasn't happy with the decision. Given the way they market their products I was hoping this was a one-off bad experience/batch and could be replaced?
I was offerred 20% off my next purchase...
Which if I buy them now they may live to see Spring.
Save your money.

I have ordered 5 shirts but I have received 1 pant that is used one and my money has gone
I ordered on 31st October. 3 to 5 days delivery supposedly. So hard to contact. Excuses. No delivery by 13th November. Refund requests ignored. I’ve fallen for this, £54 wasted and no wrangler jeans! Don’t become a victim of these scammers.
Do not order from Wrangler!!! My order never arrived, tracking says it has been returned to sender, two weeks later still no refund
⚠️ DO NOT ORDER FROM WRANGLER ⚠️
I placed orders with four different retailers early Thursday morning. By Monday, every other retailer had delivered — except Wrangler.
Despite advertising a two-day dispatch period, Wrangler had not even shipped my order by Monday. When I finally contacted them, I was told I’d receive shipping details by Tuesday afternoon — nearly six days (four business days) after ordering.
The customer service number was difficult to find, and when I finally reached someone, the operator showed no concern and made no effort to escalate the issue. The only explanation given was, “We’re backlogged.” That might be understandable, but don’t promise a two-day dispatch if you can’t meet it.
To make matters worse, Wrangler ignored my initial emails for nearly two business days. I only received a reply after repeatedly messaging their social media accounts.
Your competitors managed to process and deliver orders in half the time it took Wrangler just to print a label. The performance gap is staggering.
Because of this delay, I’m now scrambling before my trip to China — something that should’ve been stress-free. I will not be ordering from Wrangler again.

It is really refreshingto deal with a company that has a assistance service that is SO good. Their reponse was prompt snd very helpful.
In these days of 'Go away and dont bother us anymore'' (I call it WGAFF), this company's service is outstanding.
I recommend the customer service team to their own manangement and to the public at large.

Customer service is fantastic, and extremely helpful. I was helped with an error I did with my shipping details. Ana, the person who was assisting me, went above and beyond to perform corrections and to assure my package would arrive to me.

Wrangler jeans made in Mexico are a joke. Make sure they're made in Nicaragua. You can't buy from the Wrangler store on line. The last pair (returned) actually had 2 different sized legs. Oh, and the pocket rivet disappeared after the 3rd wash.
Special thanks to Marco from the Wrangler Customer Care Team! I accidentally returned the wrong parcel and Marco was extremely helpful in resolving the situation. From start to finish they were incredibly polite, understanding, and helpful. The issue was resolved within hours, this was the most pleasant experience i’ve ever had with any customer service!
