Great experience in the end
Great experience in the end! The book is great quality and Im enjoying using it. Had some issues with delivery but once someone responded I had a seamless process afterwards. Emma was extremely helpful for me to get my order.

EDIT 1: for everyone that doesnt have their package yet, contact them on Instagram, its the fastest process, at least it was for me 😊.
So, we had a problem with my first package, as the labels would not have my information (acording to UPS) but, TheAdventureChallange , more especificly Hailey, helped me and I am so thankful! They recived the first package back, and imediatly sent me another one, that was great, Hailey figured out what was going on and was such a kind costumer help! No phone number added.
I'm still waiting for my parcel. Hope everything will be okay with it. I did leave my phone number in a shipment information, but it wasn't on the package. There is no notification about parcel's arrival and I didn't know when I needed to be at home. They couldn't deliver it to the pickup point eather because there is no number. I had to call to the company to ask them to add my number after I saw in the app that my parcel could not be delivered due to failed delivery attempt. Probably the next delivery I'm waiting for will be the same quest.
Please, add phone numbers while delivering...

Very nice and sturdy design
Very nice and sturdy design. The shipment was fast, even during the holidays. I bought the naughty and nice bundle. The couple adventure comes with a great safety cover for the book, the naughty one does not, that's the only thing that bothered me. Anything other than that, great purchase.

We are so happy to hear that you love the design of our book! We originally started putting these covers on the books to help protect them during transit. We have since tested shipments and found that there is not a substantial difference with or without the boxes and the vast majority of our books arrived in perfect condition with the plastic wrap alone. Because of this, we decided to remove the boxes so we could reduce the amount of cardboard material that we were using for our products!
