Still no reaction through Adventure…

Still no reaction through Adventure Challenge, even after 3 Mails to the support- Mail and getting an ticket from their Bot, nobody reacts anywhere!

DON T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!
THEY SEND OUT DAMAGED PRODUCTS AND DON T TAKE THEM BACK!!!

I am going to file a fraud- File at my Bank and the police, we will see how this works, for them!

The book came in really bad condition…

The book came in really bad condition (broken cover, some scrach pads with scrach marks) which is really disappointing since i wanted it to be a gift, but i dont feel comfortable giving it to anyone. The only other item i looked at so far where the family connection cards, which are not bad but somehow i expected more than just ordanary connection cards by the adventure challange. Hope the other items will be live up to the hype.

I have not received the product I ordered a month ago. I have not heard from customer services to whom I reached out appart from an automated response.

Everything went well

I had a problem with delivery, it took awhile to actually get what I ordered, but support team did a good job and the product is nice!

Received at the second attempt

I didn't receive the delivery the first time and I was scared to have loosen my money, but when I contacted them again it was a nice experience and shortly after I received my package. That's why only 4 stars.

Your customer service is the worst customer service i ever witnessed i wrote about 5 mails and nobody ever contact me + i didnt got my package waiting 1 month already just another unserious business would not recommend to buy u bust waisting ur nerves

Unfortunately I did not receive my order... When I track my delivery in ups website, I am having a warning which asks me to notify my address which I could not solve anyway.

Super delayed shipment, zero customer service

I cannot review the product because I have not received it yet, despite having ordered it almost a month ago. My issues:
1) It took 19 days for the product to even get into shipment. I get that my order was placed before Valentine's day but YOU HAVE TO SET CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS RIGHT and not lie about shipment times. The company could have at least sent me an email to let me know the shipment is going to take longer than expected.
2) I emailed the customer service while waiting for shipment confirmation to ask about the product but I have not received a response to this day (16 days ago). The customer service is non-existent.
3) Now the package has arrived to a UPS point but I am out of the country and cannot change or extend delivery the way the shipping is set up. Also, the package can apparently only be picked up with my ID.

One thing I cannot complain about is that my order definitely involves adventure and challenge, yes, thank you very much.

Problem with gift card

I ordered a coupon as a gift, I didn't receive a mail with the code. Contacted the costumer service which was an autobot. Took a long time to solve!
