This is completely scam, I trusted their veri well made ad on Instagram for a tick repellant collar and then I realized that technology doesn't work and is an scam then when I tried to return it they literally by that moment updated the website and put an extra charge for returns for a good that shipping was supposed to be free!!! Completely scam selling junk chinese fakes.

I can’t believe that I actually fell for this company’s complete lies and scams on the products they promote and sell. They advertised a power spray gun which can clean patios and grime off paving at a 50% reduced price of 34.99. The spray gun finally arrived and it is useless. My current grade spray offers more power than this! I usually check companies out on Trust Pilot before I buy, but for whatever reason I didn’t do that this time. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMAPNY as you will be disappointed

I'm still fuming as I write this review. I made the mistake of ordering from this store without checking reviews first, and boy, did I regret it. I accidentally ordered two bike seats and asked them to cancel one and refund half the money. Their response? "Impossible."

Things only went downhill from there. Despite my requests to cancel the order, they sent the package anyway. I had to refuse delivery through DHL. And when I asked for a refund, the customer service rep, Lara, claimed I'd received the package (which was actually returned to them) and didn't want to refund my money. They even deducted a 10€ delivery fee.

The whole experience was awful and dreadful. Don't waste your time and money on this store. 😕

This company is a total scam they are selling cheap junk from China and making out it’s been made in Germany. I have seen the same pressure washer on sale on ebay for £7! do not buy from this company.

Brought the new fantastic power washer. Waste of time my grandchild has got more pressure having a pee. What ever happened do not buy as a con.

Please avoid this company! I foolishly went on posted "customer reviews" which looked outstanding and ordered two pairs of their gloves, which turned out to be glorified plastic and NOTHING as described! They refused to give me a paid return label OR a full refund. After spending close to $80.00 and continuously writing emails, I threw the gloves away.

AVOID If I could give zero stars I would! Yet another Chinese Company giving false information that they are a German Company. Ordered a sleeping bag and still have not received it. After reading some of the comments I would never have ordered from this company. I have tried to get in contact but nothing. SCAM - avoid this company

I wish I would’ve had the sense to look these up before I bought from them. Trying to return anything is an absolute nightmare, I’d avoid at all costs if I was you

This company is a scam. They deliver to the UK and claim to offer easy returns, however this is not available in reality. They are based in China and the return requires postage to China at the customer's expense. Their correspondence is slow. I am so sick of companies that behave like this. They know exactly what they are doing. I don't know why it's not illegal - it should be.
