Safe buying but neglectful packaging
I ordered from the website for the first time to get the Aphrodite perfume from the brand Soki London, which had been out of stock for months.
The shopping experience itself was nice, the perfume even had a discount and the order was processed fairly quickly, but I was disappointed to see that the box in which the perfume came was very fragile and had no filling.
The perfume's original price was 90 euros - but even if the purchase was cheaper, I don't think that would have justified such poor and unsafe packaging. The cardboard box had an opening in the bottom that was easy to open, and the lack of filling material had an impact on the perfume's box, which was slightly damaged.
The bottle was fine and that's what matters, but still: I waited several months for the perfume and I don't think any product, as sturdy as it might look, should be packaged without any protection.
I don't feel totally confident in ordering again from the website which is a shame given that they're the only retailer that sells Soki London in mainland Europe.

I asked already about my situation and didn’t get any answer. No refund or anything was said.
