First time ordering with Boden
First time ordering with Boden, the item when it arrived was not what I expected so immediately started a return. That was on march 16th, still not received on their system and no reply from customer services.
Not what I expected from a supposedly premium company, definitely would not order from them again

Return process is a headache
I love the quality but returns through this return hub is real headache (for those who are from EU countries). Fedex requires registration, cannot make return as guest, after I register i have to enter all bank details and then notification that some problem occured and I cant schedule pick up. It doesnt work according to the instruction I received with return label. The steps are different. Really tired of that. By the way after all there is not option to delete my account from this Fedex page

This sounds incredibly frustrating, especially when the FedEx process doesn’t match the instructions on your return label. Sending something back from the EU shouldn’t be this complicated. If you can send us an email to socialde@boden.co.uk, we’ll gladly check how we can move your return forward. We’ll also make sure feedback about the mandatory FedEx registration is passed on.

I am very pleased with this lovely dress. Not only does it fit perfectly, it is of excellent quality and design. I was looking for an "understatement" for a formal occasion and with pearls and heels I was complimented several times! And it can easily be worn for an informal event also, it's so simple but classy.

Beautiful and comfortable plum naomi jersey dress.
I ordered the naomi jersey dress in plum in a size 10. It fits perfectly and is so comfortable. I love the colour and the length, and it is great value for money in the sale.
