We have been trying to return a product for 1.5 months, and despite countless messages, ANTHBOT still refuses to provide us with a clear return address or proper return instructions.
It is unacceptable because ANTHBOT EU’s own Return & Refund Policy states that returns should be initiated through a given email on their site and that customer support should provide the return instructions and address. Their policy also states that returns are accepted within 30 days.
We contacted customer service through the given email, their chat and called them on phone well within the required timeframe, yet they have continued to avoid giving us the information necessary to actually return the product.

At this point, it feels like they are deliberately making the return process impossible. We simply want to return a product we do not wish to use, but ANTHBOT is effectively preventing us from doing so. It is an obstacle to exercising our right to return the product.
6 weeks of chasing customer service for a return address is absolutely unacceptable. This is not customer service, it is an extremely disappointing and infuriating experience.

I supported this company via Kickstarter but been impressed by openness and support. I've had two issues that required replacement the first was nothing to do with the product just a very lazy delivery person threw the box over a wall. The next was an issue they couldn't sort remotely so sending a replacement. It's a great product. Good community support on FB too - tips and tricks.
