I owned my custom xbox controller with…

I owned my custom xbox controller with paddles probably roughly over a year and a half... And just past the 1 year warranty had a responsiveness issue with the paddles and even though it was past the 1 year warranty they still serviced my controller.... The customer service is quick and responsive and very friendly... I also own a xbox elite series 2 and had similar issues plus a nasty stick drift and that controller is unusable where my aim controller stands the test of time... So i highly recommend this company even just for the quality of the responsive mouse click buttons alone...
