I ordered a dress size m . When I received dress, it was way too large for me. I contacted them and asked if I can return dress and get credit to buy something else. I was told they don't do returns or exchanges. $69 in the garbage. They have no business doing online business.
On top of all this, dress was very cheap looking.

Do not waste your money with Ettiva.com. I ordered two dresses on 6/28/20 and received them on 7/28/20. The fabrics are cheap light weight nylon material. One dress does not even look like what's on their web site at all. The color is way off. I am 5'3" and 125 lbs. I ordered two medium dresses.
One one them fits, but the other one I can't even zip it up. It like a size 4. Not even a size 6. Medium usually is size 8 in the U.S. You can tell the dresses they took photos from are not made from the same material. The story they told on "About Us" on their web site was total fabrication. The clothes were shiped from China. Also, they say it on their web site that can only accept returns only if their product has quality problem. So, basically you can't return them. I tried to find reviews on this company back in June and couldn't find any because they were a very new site. Now, bad reviews starting to pop up. I like to tell Ettiva that you can do business for a little while, but in a long run, you will not be successful in the U.S. market if you continue to sell cheap stuff like the ones I received.

Very poor quality material on the items I ordered. White dresses were completely see through and prints looked flea market cheap. There’s no way the models on their website are wearing their actual clothing items. I definitely would not wear the dresses anywhere. I tried to return the two items the same day I received them still in plastic they came in and they wouldn’t take them back. They will only take returns if the items are damaged. Very poor customer relations. I wish I would have sought out reviews before purchasing. I plan to contact Facebook as well as that is where I saw their ads and they are definitely misrepresenting their merchandise on the site.

I wish I could give zero stars too. Inwaited 1 month for the clothes because they came frim China via Netherlands The quality was not as it looked like. One dress looked like a bathrobe. I had to pay $ 50 for customer tax. I would never ever buy at ettiva. Sorry.

I wish I could leave zero stars. AWFUL experience. The clothing was not at all how it was described, the quality awful. “Leggings” were not even form fitting like a legging should be. Received clothing items I DID NOT order, and DID NOT EVER want. The company refuses to pay for shipping back despite it being THEIR MISTAKE. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. Do not purchase anything through this site.
