Great experience! I ordered a Sensorspiegel simplehuman Pro Rond Zilverkleurig Ø20,3 cm on Saturday, and after waiting for 5 days, I contacted them just to ask if the item has reached their warehouse. I received response within an hour, which is rare in store communications via e-mail. Their costumer service people were extremely friendly, explained the whole situation and got my mirror delivered the next day. Efficiency of this seller is incredible. Thumbs up for this company.

No customer service, no explanation just strange service.
I order a Christmas present for my son. The parcel is sent to the U.K. But then for some reason it gets redelivered back to the Netherlands. No error of mine. Suddenly my order
Is cancelled ( no explanation) and money refunded. My son will not get this present for Christmas!
No offer of help to resend it . It's still in stock . Emailed them three times trying to get situation sorted and they said you just have to order again. Why can't you sort it out? How do I know it's not going to happen again? Why is the customer inconvenienced?

It is possible that the courier returned the parcel to us due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt, although we are unfortunately unable to tell you at this time exactly why the parcel was returned to us. Once returned parcels arrive back with us, the cost of the order is automatically refunded to the customer. We sincerely apologise that the parcel was returned to us when this was clearly not your wish. Perhaps you could provide us with your ET order number so that we can further investigate the situation and resolve the matter for you?

I am very happy with my purchase - it is exactly as described. The "summer" part of the dekbed is already quite warm (for our relatively warm house), but it's very soft and cuddly and my 3-year old daughter loves it. I really like that you can change or combine these and that they are washable. Finding a 100% cotton dekbed proved to be a challenge, so I am very excited that I discovered this.
It was delivered very fast too!
