The app works but becomes dysfunctional when the due date has passed. It is at this hectic point clients need to pay their phone bills quickly. The app should gove customers at least 10 days grace to pay using the app after the due date. You can cut the line but please do not disable the app.

I bought a $300.00 top up via the bmobile app which I always use. The transactions was successful, however, the $300 is not showing up when I check my balance, it is in fact saying I have $66.00. My credit card is also indicating that the $300 came out for the top up purchase.
