The online shop is deceptively named Etienne Paris, there is nothing Parisienne about it. Its base is in China and the delivery takes forever, the shoes were laughable but for €29.99 for shoes that have the quality of a pool float and smell like a chemical fire I was not laughing. I would not buy from them and have asked for a refund. My Barbie had better made shoes.
After trying to cancel my order after placing it 3 hours previously to no avail, I received the dress ordered. Totally NOT AS ADVERTISED. Material definately 100% cotton but cheap polyester and the sizing is very small. Due to prohibitive return policy, I am loathe to even donate to charity store. Would not recommend under any circumstances!
TOTAL RUBBISH - terrible quality, nothing like their photos DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I sent my items back which cost me 35 euro and they have been stuck in Chinese customs since November. Their email 'help' is useless and their phone number does not work. I have been told I have to pay another 20 euro to get them released but they will not tell me how to pay this so I have wasted even more money. It's a disgrace.
Les produits sont de très mauvaise qualité, rien à voir avec leurs photos. J'ai renvoyé mes articles qui m'ont coûté 35 euros et ils sont bloqués à la douane chinoise depuis novembre. Leur courriel d'aide est inutile et leur numéro de téléphone ne fonctionne pas.

This company uses false advertising! The fabric is not linen nor cotton as advertised but polyester synthetic materials. The quality of clothing and sandals is very low.
SCAM!! Do not order anything from this company!!! They have not reimbursed me for the expensive metchandise I bought. Return fees to Hong Kong should be paid by company NOT the customer.
