Price was fair

I recently purchased tickets for the Olympics in Paris. Although the website doesn't look the best. I can't fault the service and my tickets arrived via the app a few days before. I even received numerous text messages and calls to confirm I had received from them also. Would recommend.

Last minute purchase, buyer flaked but ETicketing called, upgraded me and provided outstanding service. Highly recommended!

I would like to express my utmost gratitude to the customer service team at eTicketing.co. I accidentally purchased tickets for the USA women's basketball team instead of the men's team and thought I was in an impossible situation, especially with the strict no-change and no-refund policy. However, thanks to their assistance via WhatsApp, I was incredibly impressed by their dedication. Despite the busy Olympic season, they took the time to call me multiple times and ensure I got the correct tickets. This level of personal care for a customer who had already paid and technically did not need further assistance is truly commendable. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Bit of an anxious wait for tickets but they did eventually arrive. Bought Category B tickets for Olympic Rugby 7 a Sides but felt like Category C. No trouble entering ground or access to seats.

I booked my ticket very late and still received the ticket in less than 15 minutes. I spoke with a representative on the phone and he was VERY helpful and even offered a refund if the ticket was unavailable. I highly recommend this service and plan to use it again in the future

Tickets were great but I ordered 5 together got 5 , 3/2 apart but still happy bit stressful didn’t get tickets till the night before event

I had ordered tickets for event i wanted to attend as it was the only website that had the tickets for sale on such a sought after event. They sent them over the next day, everything worked fine, really happy with the service.

Purchased 4 tickets for Olympic cycling on the website very late. I got a call 5 minutes after I purchased to confirm my email and that I had the ticketing app downloaded. They then sent the tickets over right away! Great service and I will for sure be using them again.

I bought tickets for the diving event DIV01, category A for the Paris 2024 Olympics. To begin with, they don't have the stock of tickets they offer on their website. Once the payment was made, "Jaime" (sales specialist) contacted me to say that supposedly the provider had already sold those tickets to someone else and that they no longer had them. He showed me screenshots to prove he was telling the truth, when the only truth is that they offer and sell what they DO NOT HAVE. When they sell something, they go out and try to obtain, they dont have any stock, nor closed deals with their providers

In the conversation with "Jaime" (obviously a false name), he tried to sell me tickets outside of their own platform. He wanted to change the diving tickets I bought, for some tennis and beach volleyball tickets for what I had paid plus an additional $500 in cash paid outside. The employees themselves want to steal from the company they work for. Furthermore, he showed me screenshots again where I could see that eticketing.co acquires their tickets from goaltickets.com. I visited this last site and confirmed the hypothesis based on the prices. I have never bought from goaltickets.com.

Finally, they sent me a ridiculous proposal by email, offering me 2 tickets in category B and 2 in category C for the same price I paid for the 4 category A tickets. Tickets that I saw in stock on goaltickets.com. In other words, an offer they also did not have on hand. Of course, I rejected it and asked for a refund.

I am waiting for the refund. After that, I will be able to comment further.

Lastly, I want to mention that many of their positive reviews are fake; I tried to contact the profiles and they do not exist.

Stay away from eticketing.co!!

Would absolutely recommend using this company for late availability tickets. From being able to speak to someone on the phone to clarify a few points prior to purchase to the ease of being able to pick up the tickets at a time that suited us, they were extremely helpful.

Ordered tickets to the Festival of Speed on Friday for the Saturday. Met up with their representative close to the show and received the tickets.
Later that day received a phone call from the representative to make sure I was enjoying the show.
It’s the personal attention that is missing from most companies today.
I Highly recommend using this company for your ticketing needs.
