Overall a five star service from the engineers!! *****
The service and care to attention was second to none with the service engineers, mostly Kyle, sometimes Vince going above and beyond to get to fix the printers on the same day on occasions.
A good strong relationship was built up over a number of years up to a point where I could just drop Kyle an email or phone call to see if he was passing or in the general area and he would be if at all possible nip in and solve the issue.
Once on the premises he did a thorough and professional job and wouldn’t leave until I was happy with the running of the printers.

Always have excellent service from Michael my usual engineer. He is always efficient and keeps me informed of everything he is doing to my printers. Excellent Service with speed!
Pawel attended to service the issue with our equipment, and his knowledge of the machine is absolutely brilliant to say the least!
He diagnosed the issue and knew how to fix the problem, as he always trys to diagnose the issue prior to attending, and ensuring that he has the anticipated parts that may be required to fix the problem. This in my opinion is how things should be done, as this keeps the downtime to an absolute minimum.
Additionally, his work is always clean and tidy, and leaves our equipment fully cleaned and ready to use.
One of the best engineers!

Stay clear
Had a printer since start of the year scanner still not working, then they try to charge to install the scanner.
No mate….. I don’t buy a car that doesn’t reverse. If all my staff ain’t set up on the scanner I’ll be personally returning the printer to your offices next week.
Stay away doesn’t provide what’s on offer.

dreadful, underhanded company

In short this business conducts very underhanded practices and will overcharge you, try to imply you've signed longer contracts than you have and threaten you with legal action when you stand up to them. DO NOT do business with ETHOS
