I'm so surprised at the negative comments here. While I understand some bad experiences can occur, some comments seem quite harsh.

I've just received my order to Ireland 7 days after it was shipped, this is faster than some domestic orders I've made which I found brilliant.
I got 2 live plants and some seeds, they were packed very well and as healthy as I'd expect them to be. The prices were very reasonable and I was delighted to find Cuban oregano available as I've spent some time looking for a sample to grow here. So top marks for having some more obscure offerings!

I'll definitely be ordering again.

Hi, I’m making this review after seeing the bad reputation of the company in trustpilot.
From my experience, the process of buying and receiving the parcel has been actually very easy and fast. In my case, from purchase to my house (Spain) it only took 2 weeks or less.
Moreover, the parcel was very carefully packaged and the envelope was of great material to support the handling of mail couriers.

Best service I’ve ever seen ,replies quickly and genuinely cares about the customers .My country’s courier destroyed the first delivery-ethnoplants then sent a new package with all the contents free of charge ,this was then delivered very late again DUE TO MY COUNTRY’S COURIER and some of the contents didn’t survive -but ethnoplants sent replacements for them .Same day emails replies and gets things resolved quickly,absolutely wonderful customer service and huge collection of plants to choose from.I would for sure recommend buying from here as I bought from other sellers online and they did not even meet expectations with service as for ethnoplants went above and beyond .

Don't hesitate to order if you are from the states this site and owner are very professional and truly care for there customers i brought 2 rare plants and they arrived in the eastcoast usa within 10 days the only problem is customs or the post office will not notify you if you dont order enough for tracking so be on top of your order or else it might go missing or plants will die in transit if you dont check the mail ..I will continue to purchase from this website they carry some very rare live plants with unbeatable prices and a very professional owner staff .

I ordered two Persicaria odorata plants, which arrived on 07/06/23. The plants that arrived were very small and weak, with very few leaves. One of the plants was intended as a gift but due to its extremely small size and condition, this one was clearly not suitable to give as a gift. For a plant that is relatively easy to grow and propagate, they could have been a lot bigger and stronger. It is now 10/06/23 and the smaller plant has now died - I have grown this plant in the past so I am certain that this is not due to anything I have done. At the very least, Ethnoplants must show pictures of the ACTUAL plants that customers are going to receive on their website, not plants that are much bigger and healthier. Having read the response of Ethnoplants to other dissatisfied customers, I do not expect that their response to me - if I get a response - will be helpful.

great choice of seeds available and very nice customer service - after a failed delivery caused by a problem on my side, they sent me my order again without further charge. Definitely recommend for plant enthusiasts!

I attempted to book a flight using the website travodealz.com, but after making the payment, nothing happened. I then sent an email to the customer service representative. Yet, my issue still needs to be resolved despite their responsiveness. Later, when I contacted, the representative was incredibly kind and patient before answering my question. The Travodealz team is appreciated.

I have ordered Justicia plants from UK and my address was entered incorrect by accident. The delivery was returned, I have informed this and explained the situation , amazingly got new plants without any extra penny. Excellent communication and customer service. Live plants are sent very carefully.

Reliable and honest. We had an issue with the postal delivery and they did everything to address it. The seeds arrived as ordered.

Last year bought 150 seeds, 40-50 came up. Thought ok, maybe it's bad run. Trusted - this year bought 300 seeds, 30 came up. My business depends from that. No apology from them. Only "I don't know", "have a nice day", "maybe it grow later".
