Got there in the end!
All eventually went very well after it was discovered by one of the advisors that we had been entering pounds and zero pence rather than just the whole number of pounds.

It is great finding a platform where it is possible to invest money in ethical concerns that are both good for me and for the community I am investing in. They offer a good range of opportunities to combat the climate crisis and to tackle inequality in our society.
