I just signed up for services about a week ago and everything is great thus far. Did not have to submit a ticket to get any kind of help. The service has been reliable and fast. Prices are low too for a shared hosting package which is nice. No complaints here. Thanks!

EthernetServers is a very responsive hosting company, and I think their pricing is very respectable. I highly enjoy that they offer an unmanaged VPS (they do offer managed VPS of course), because I don't really care for one-click systems and would prefer to do things myself. Highly recommended!

I always get a professional and prompt response though I seldom need to make a ticket. I hope they stay in business a long time because other companies don't value their customers like they do. Ethernetservers has great inexpensive servers with matching uptime. I’ve not needed much support but when I have submitted tickets the response was swift and resolved my issue. Recommend!

In over 2 decades of business, I've never seen the level of unprofessionalism that I saw from this company this weekend. Not once

A few weeks back, the DC that this company is involved with had a fire, causing servers and global outages for 2+ days. No worries, this stuff happens.

Unfortunately, as a result of this, the owner decided it would be a grand idea to shut everyone's server this morning and migrate them to another VPS, with literally zero notice. This involved massive downtime, because IP changes and the like

Worse yet, the only notification we got? One email. Not being told when we were migrated. Not being told what our new IP was. We were just given one email, saying "it's happening, deal with it". The owner expects everyone to simply login and check the client area repeatedly

The excuse that the owner gave? "Stability and reputation".... This was just a cop out, however, as, at least one of those servers (the one I was on) was fine, had no stability issues at all and could have remained up at least allowing clients to migrate their own data

There is NOTHING professional about this company. Nothing at all
